Upon calling the staff was friendly and helpful and said they would wait to put our order in as we were 30 min out and wanted our food hot. It was ready on arrival and were also able to get carry out beer. She included plastic ware in case we needed it. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The not so good: the staff at the counter did not acknowledge me, at all. No eye contact, no "be right with you". I placed my order using the Arby's app and waited at the counter as directed. Not a single staff member asked me if I had ordered, if I was being helped, if I needed anything. When my order was ready, one of the workers simply plopped the bag onto the pickup shelf and walked away. My name was not called or anything. I had been standing right there, so I retrieved it immediately. I looked inside the bag and noticed something was missing. Again, none of the workers would even make eye contact. I had to flag one down. This Arby's wasn't very busy, only one customer before me and another after. No one seated at the tables. I know the drive thru and online orders can make it busier than it seems. But no excuse to not be courteous and offer some decent customer service.
