You have an army of servers constantly checking to see if you're good. They are not a bother at all. They make certain the buffet stays with at least 4 pizzas on it at all times. They check to ensure your drink cup is full at all times. Really attentive service at this place. Did I mention you have a choice between a house or Ceasar salad? The drink comes with the buffet. They put out a variety of pizzas that includes flat pizza along with their pan pizzas. Salad, all you can drink, all you can eat pasta, and all you can eat pizza in one sweet looking pizza place. On this day I stopped into the store at Cleveland TX, 502 S Washington Ave. It has been many years since I stopped due to dietary reasons however on this day I set them aside. I chose the buffet. I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I have EVER had. The buffet was not properly serviced, and people were waiting long times for it to be filled. The staff was fine. But if you remember what PH was in the 70s-90s it's now a disgrace. Back then the buffets were huge! Large pizzas and huge salad bowls. On the weekends it was a place to take a first date in HS. The red lites overhead, the table clothes and huge red drink glasses were awesome. Then later pizza nite with your buddies and pitchers of beer. Absolutely the best gig going. Now it's a shadow of itself. No or rarely sit in pizza dinner. I ordered pizza, cheese breadsticks, pizza, rollers, and the chicken Caesar salad. when I got there pizzas and everything, but the Caesar salad was ready it took them almost 45 minutes to grill a piece of chicken for the salad. I guess they thought I was stupid enough to know they forgot to grill the chicken for the salad until I got there. Last night looking so forward to Pizza Hut's new square pizza was supposed to have double pepperoni pepperoni under a layer of cheese and more round pepperoni pieces on top. First time in a Pizza Hut in 30 years. I had a thin pepperoni pizza. Drive thru lady was friendly, pizza was so-so, the product wasn't hot but I picked it up in 23 minutes when they told me to pick it up in 15-20 minutes, and next time I'll try their hand tossed to see if that's any better. Wow. We ordered our pizza ahead of time & it was ready for us so that was good. We were one of two small groups in the restaurant and seated ourselves. Our waiter came out and gave us plates & said, "Make sure those are clean." --they weren't. I wish I were joking. Then, one of our party saw that they served milk under the beverages on the menu so when he started taking drink orders she asked for milk. She was told by the waiter, "this is a pizza place, we only serve beer & soda" with a snide attitude. When questioned why they had it listed on the menu we were told that corporate printed those menus & that they were now a franchise, like we were supposed to know this tidbit of info. (P. S they also served sweet tea which half our party ordered) My wife sat through with an empty drink needing to be refilled half of the time we were here, which wasn't long. I seriously think we disturbed him from watching a UFC fight on one of the many tv's. As I said they weren't busy, there were 6 people in our group & 3 people in the other group. My girls ordered pizza yesterday, was told no delievery here, went to p/u, paid for it ....credit card.....next day get notice from bank overdraft on my card, cost me 25.00 , because they charged me twice for same pizza, and 2 different prices for same thing...granted food was good....service very poor....contacting corperate...then my attorneys if necessary....called local store ...no call back.....stay away...and don't let them have your credit card..... I had the worst experience ever at this place. There were 8 of us(4 Adults, 4 Children) we showed up about 7:45p. Never got a menu, had to get up and get it ourselves, got up and grabbed our own Silverware along with straws, about 8:00p the waitress finally came and took our order. The waitress then came back about 9p and told us that the computers were running slow so our order would take just a little while longer. We told her OK. 9:30p the manager came to our table and apologized again because our order was taking so long. another big table of i think 15-20 people had come in about 9p, they got there Pizza and everything about 9:45p. Finally, at 10p, after the bigger table had come in we decided to leave they FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY BROUGHT OUT OUR ORDER. I doubt we ever go back to pizza hut i could have gone to Domino's and ordered what we did at pizza hut 4 times and probably would have payed way less. this was a terrible experience read more
