We dropped in for some authentic Tex Mex on Cinco de Mayo and were disappointed. Her Mexidip platter arrived with so few chips that it felt like they expected her to drink the queso like a margarita. I had the Summer Special, and Mike had the Plato Soldado. I was able to eat half of the huge taco, and some of the guacamole. It's a LOT of food for me, but it was SO GOOD! The beef was incredibly tender, and the chicken was expertly seasoned, with lots of grilled onions, beans, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and warm flour tortillas.
