I thought I'd schedule a delivery yesterday and my roommate text me at work and ask did I order something? the home camera showed a delivery and I immediately called the Pizza Hut in Columbia Ky and told them about it and I was on hold for a min then a lady got on the phone saying she could make the delivery for 4:15 and she would leave at my home no matter if I was home or not and I told her I wouldnt be home until 4:30 so I got home sooner than i thought I would and there set my food on the floor of my porch of course I was upset and called the store back because I got home at 4pm I was put on hold again and I just hung up and I threw my food away and I around 4:15 I got a call asking did I order pizza I said yes and went outside some guy was in his truck it took him a min to hand my pizza and I got my food inside (which I wasn't going to eat) i figured out why it took the guy so long to hand it to me he had taken a piece out and I also knew he wasnt a delivery driver because when I got the phone call he would of told me that he was from Pizza Hut and I know this because I use to work for Pizza Hut. I know it won't do be any good to try call or go in person and talk to somebody higher up I'd just like to have my refund but that won't happen I just know I'll n order from them again I took a pic of the pizza and my box of wings was only 4 pieces when I ordered 2 8 pieces also it had a piece of crust that was eaten off of. I hope a lot of people find out about this and I believe the guy who brought me my food was just a typical guy that someone at the restaurant knew. I've only ordered take out, but forego paying a tip and just walk in the restaurant and pick it yourself to save tipmoney and also save time. It's clear that PH doesn't have enough workers to make contactless delivery as time saving option at this location. read more

I arrived in town on Monday and decided to order a pizza. This is the first time in 30 years that i have been disappointed with a pizza from Pizza Hut. The pizza dough wasn't cooked through and the crust was the most I unflavorful crust I have ever had....worse than Chuck E. Cheese. I was starving but could only eat 1.5 slices, threw the rest away and walked to speedway to buy one of their sandwiches. I was pretty impressed with this particular pizza hut. We ordered through the android app, and was told or order would be ready in 15 minutes. When we pulled up they were SUPER busy, and our order wasn't ready. Not only was it not ready, they couldn't see any online orders. The gentlemen looked frantically for the order, then finally found it. They quoted us another 10 minutes. When checking out we asked to add a 2-liter of Pepsi. Being out of the 2-liters he gave us 4 little bottles in its place. Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I ordered a Large Stuffed Crust pizza with 3 toppings: Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and Mushrooms. My pizza was delivered without any pepperoni and was over cooked. I called the restaurant and was put on hold for 16 minutes before I hung up and called back. The manager, Archie I think, was not apologetic and acted like I was bothering him. He asked for my phone number and said he would give me a $10 credit. I said no. A large 3 topping stuffed crust pizza costs a lot more than $10 and I expect to receive the same type of pizza to replace it. He sighed and then agreed. We dropped by the Pizza Hut in Columbia two evenings ago, as we were on vacation in the area. It was obvious that they were quite busy when we visited but decided to order after about five minutes and after a few of the tables were cleaned off and a waitress came over, She did apologize for the delay. We ordered a super supreme pizza. From the time we sat down until the pizza was placed on our table it was nearly an hour. In the meantime my wife and I did obtain a salad from the salad bar, which I would rate as slightly below most Pizza Hut salad bars. Once the pizza came, it was on thin crust, and none of the three of us had mentioned wanting thin crust. At that point we were glad to just have a pizza. We ate half of it and boxed up the rest to take back to the hotel. Definitely not one of our better Pizza Hut outings. read more
