You know for what it is this place is pretty good. My two year old was free so that is fantastic and adults are $8ish with a drink (mandatory drink) which isn't that bad. The pizza was good.. A little better than a cici buffet. They will make you a pizza for the buffet if you ask for it. It is a little dirty or worn around the edges.. Not that bad though. Kinda makes it a good place for a couple kids who might get a little messy and loud at times. There are a few tv playing sports around as well. I was at 3.5 stars here and rounded up.. The staff looked clean and we're doing a good job keeping up even when we saw a group of 25 or so people walk in. If I could give a negative star I would. My family will never be back. We paid for a. If get and me along with my wife and 1 year old son, enjoyed our room temperature pizza and spaghetti after seating ourselves at our own table, the only one which we found available and was disgusting and cleaner. We then proceeded with our meal. Once our boy started to get restless once we were finished with our main course, I proceeded to ask for a to go box for some dessert as we didn't have time to enjoy that at the restaurant and was handed one by a nice gentlemen, we were discussing which dessert to take home with us and were then approached by a man with a goatee who I'm only assuming was the manager due to his huge ego under his Mr. Gattis cap. He aggressively told us that we "WERE NOT GOING TO BE TAKING FOOD TO GO IF WE JUST BOUGHT THE BUFFET AND DIDNT ORDER TAKE OUT" repeatedly. Disgusting human behavior band entitlement. This Mr Gattis has the worst customer service. I placed an order for a S'mores pizza, which is shown in the second photo. I'm deathly allergic to cinnamon which is why I always get that as a dessert pizza. I opened my box and the pizza shown in the first picture is what I saw. I have NEVER been to a Gatti's where they've put cinnamon on their S'mores pizza.. i called up to the store about it and they stated cinnamon goes on the pizza.... And then when I show them the website and explain to them that no other restaurant adds cinnamon to their pizzas, they want to sit there and argue! I didn't even get my money back and I still didn't get the pizza I asked for (picture 3). After showing the first picture to a manager at another location, they agreed that this was incorrect and I should've been refunded. I'm currently pregnant on top of this so an allergy reaction could've been deadly for me and my baby and all the staff could say was " I will reach out to the owners about the recipe because this is how we do it" no apology, no offer for a refund, no Eff you! Love this place! Provides a good buffet and reasonable prices especially in todays economy. They keep the pizzas fresh, and if you have a special pizza you'd like them to make for you if you got buffet, they will make it for you at no extra charge! Mr. Getty saucy pizza is so good. The sauce just has a different taste for most restaurants and those breadsticks and those cinnamon sticks. Those just hit different. And great customer service was those wedges too. read more

Typical pizza place and borderline dump. Place in major need of renovation. Seats are mostly ripped and torn. The have plates and silverware but for some reason styrofoam cups, which are bad for the environment. I'll give them a star for clean bathrooms though. read more

The Pizza Is My favorite of any pizza ive ever eaten. There is also pasta and macaroni which is also great. There is also an arcade and tvs to entertain the kids. The bathrooms are clean. If I had one complaint it would be that orders take a bit too long. read more

I asked if they would make a certain pizza for my wife for the buffet. They told me the new policy was you had to ask for it at the cash register and not at the buffet. I made the comment how do I know if you have it or not on the buffet until I see it or not on the buffet. He literally went UMMMM. He had no answer because it makes too much cense. Some over paid manager didn't quite think this idea through. The manager came to the table and said they would make it for uss and I said to forget it. I am on a limited budget, so I looked up the prices on the computer prior to going to Gattis Pizza in Campbellsville Ky. I have this covered money wise so kids cleaned up, loaded up in the car, and 20 miles later were there. Went in and ordered at the register, kids and wife were given drink cups while the young lady entered the order certainly while the family was starting to fill their plates and drink cups. While I was trying to explain to the casher that we only wanted buffet for each and water only for the rest of us,do not want kids wound up on soda in the evening. This was not to be comprehended didn't seem like, only seemed to be with drink included only, at a higher price than posted on the computer, and even less prices posted behind the cashers booth on the wall ! Had cash in hand, a line of people behind us family heading to the table with their food, when asking the casher about the price she only commented that they are always the ones that are gripped at about this as she was giving me my change ! I asked to talk to the manager and she said she would send him to the table. He never came so I asked one of the people cleaning up a table to please ask the manager to come to the table and he immediately went towards the kitchen and returned, thought he went and delivered the message, but no manager came to our table. In a few minutes later a heavier set man in a green shirt comes by our table and to a table near us to speak to a customer about a spider in her salad I found out as they were leaving the restaurant. As the man came right by our table returning towards the kitchen I asked if he is the manager, he shook his head as yes and seemed to step away faster ! So with increased blood pressure, a dissatisfied customer, a bill that totaled $55.42 that should by pricing on the computer would been $43.94 inclusive of tax, and knowledge of the prices posted behind the cashiers booth were even different than our bill. Well the kids enjoyed the pizza the wife enjoyed the desert items and the salad bar seemed fairly good ( I didn't have a spider, that I am aware of ) the main thing that I missed was a comment card to the corporate office or the franchise management to further question the bill. read more
