Ordered and 15 minutes later got a very generous sized medium pizza; fresh ingredients, and hot from the oven. I took the pizza to go to share with others at home and we all enjoyed our slices truly, a New York style pizza. Good crust, lots of cheese and fresh toppings. I might ask for a little more sauce on the pizza next time just because I like it a little more that way I did like the taste of the sauce ,as well. Our boys love pizza so we decided to see what Yelp recommended around the house. I always base my decision on the color and texture of the cheese on the pizza. I don't like the appearance of yellow orangish cheese. It has to be white because it seems less greasy to me. So, this local pizza spot was the win. I'd give their pizzas an 8/10 because the size of the pizzas were great, toppings were reasonable, but prices a bit on the steep side. I'm okay with paying for a really good pizza, but no take out specials was a slight disappointment. I mean not even for a one topping pizza. So be prepared to pay for the size of your pizza plus each topping. You can order a few select specialty pizzas on their menu. I have to say the fact that: the crust was crispy, not greasy, not too thick, and the flavor and amount of the pizza sauce was just right. I'm an in between thin and hand tossed pizza crust preferred so this was perfect. Other than that, we liked it so much we'll be back when we're craving a good pizza. It would be a great perk if there were some specials even if it was 10% off your take out order or a special when you buy two pizzas. We ordered the 18" pepperoni pizza and 14" meat lovers.

When I picked up the pizzas, there was an equal amount of white cheese and cheddar on the pizza. Many people who are lactose intolerant can eat cheddar but not the white cheese. I called the manager, and she told me that a replacement pizza was being made. I attempted to detail to her which one, but she said she saw it in the order. I drove down, picked it up, and went home, to find that the remake was a completely wrong pizza. I called again to let them know that the remake was wrong. She then told me that she could do nothing because she already made a replacement. I spent the next 10 minutes explaining to her that they made the wrong pizza. She finally agreed that they made the wrong pizza and that I should come get it again. Here's hoping they got it right this time!

I can say that the variety of cheese on top of the pizzas I've ordered tastes pretty good and I do like their crust but some flavor/seasoning would go a long way with their food. It's lacking in authenticity. The pizza is edible but I believe there are better options elsewhere. I'd still suggest giving them a try as you may find something you like but I wouldn't recommend. The crust was a highlight though -- it tasted fresh and well made. The honey BBQ wings were really good. Great balance of sweet and smoky, and the chicken was good quality with very little fat. The cannolis were the biggest letdown. The filling was overly sweet with barely any ricotta flavor, and the shell tasted stale. Overall, a solid spot for pizza and wings, but I'd skip the cannolis.
