Completely drowned in icing to the point it looked like someone poured soup over them to hide the fact they weren't properly cooked either. The centers were gummy and underdone instead of soft and fluffy. I'm not somebody who leaves dramatic reviews over small mistakes, but serving food this undercooked is unacceptable. This wasn't "slightly off." This was food that should have never been boxed up for a customer in the first place. Quality control clearly left the building before my order did.
