Food (melt and boneless chicken) quality was good for items provided. Could have been great if melt had not been burn on edges. Service needs some improvement. Waitress at the front was more worried about gossiping with another customer/co-worker. Never was greeted or have my presence as a customer acknowledged. So, I decided to sit down and wait for my order to be completed and name called as this was ordered online. Ambiance of the restaurant is very weak at best. The awesome days of the lunch buffet and Pizza Hut environment is over. (I hope they bring it back. Probably would draw in more customers). Apparently they closed and didn't think to close out their online orders waited an hour because that was the "estimated time" they gave. Called their service number and they informed me that apparently this store closed early and if I wanted to go in person to get a store credit...I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to go in.....anyway not a great experience. read more

It was the worst pizza hut pizza I have ever had. I ordered 2 medium pan crust pizzas and it came on some pre sliced cardboard tasting thin crust. It didn't taste like it was made from Pizza Hut at all. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut in Kermit. read more

Should get no stars! One woman is always extremely rude when you go in there. Won't bother to acknowledge you standing at register waiting. Then when she does, extremely rude about it. If you say anything about at least acknowledging you, she is even ruder and argues with you. Then while you are waiting for your order, she will talk to others in there in Spanish about you! Thinking you don't know what she is saying. Very rude, very unprofessional. when you complain to the manager, he does nothing. except tell her who complained about her so she can be even ruder the next time you go in there. read more

Worst service I have ever seen in my 27 years of living. I walk in with my family before the lunch crowd hits to a filthy restaurant and 1 rude "waitress". She then comes to us and says it will be 40 min before your pizzas will be ready and to give her a bit before she gets our drink order. We patiently waited for 15 min for her to come get our drinks order and we left. Never will my family go back there or order carry out there. read more

This was a complete waste of money and time. The crust literally tasted like it was from a box mix. It was cold within minutes of being ready (not too sure how that happens). Very few toppings, too much sauce, no cheese. Usually I can manage a more creative review but there is just no other way to spin this one. We got a person named sheila or shayla she asked us for our order then would get distracted and ask us again for our order or specifics that we repeated and she repeated idk how many times. After repeating ourselves a third time it sounded like she was saying hi to a coworker. Asked us for our order again and then abruptly said she had to place us on hold. We waited and then someone answered the phone asking for our order a ,yes you guessed it, fourth time! I do feel bad because I thought this person was sheila and was rude in how I ask for the manager, she said she wasn't sheila (I'm sorry whoever you were!) Said person took our order. We were put on hold because I guess they dont deliver to the holiday inn so person #2 had to check with the manager to see what was up. We are waiting and guess who picked the phone back up,yes, it was sheila asking for our order a fifth time! We demanded the manager. Waited. Waited. Was told the manager is busy. Put on hold again. So we decided to go there since it really wasn't far. Meanwhile staying on hold. We get there , there are 4 other people in line and sheila was in the front on the phone not tending to the people in front of her. We were fed up after waiting inside the lobby left got pizza at the pilot and receive a call from -drumroll- pizza hut saying they were in the lobby with our pizza. We order a pizza online to be delivered to our 92 year old grandmother who doesn't drive because we live in Arkansas and it NEVER gets delivered! We call her to make sure she got it and NOPE! We call Pizza Hut to see WHY? That's when they say, they are NOT delivering, but the pizza is ready??? Are you kidding me!!! How the hell am I supposed to pick it up from Arkansas?? When I ordered online it said enter address to be DELIVERED!! WHY didn't you CALL me and let me know???? Way to starve an elderly woman!! We finally find someone to go pick it up and the people at pizza Hut tell them it's NOT there and they are very rude to the person that was there to deliver it for us!! We speak to them on the phone AGAIN and they were beligerant and unhelpful! Will never get a to go order again. We are visiting from out of town & had gotten a order delivered to us at the motel. It was over an hour before we got it. Then all the boxes were all smashed. Didn't even say sorry just made an excuse. The food was good & cold good thing we had a microwave. The delivery person said she could take it back but who in the hell wants to wait another hour it would have been 11 pm before she got back. So next time will just go eat somewhere else. read more

First off, I am not hard to please. Sometimes you are understaffed, equipment malfunctions, or you just simply have an "off" day. I am here visiting. The first time I entered this place for carry-out, no one seemed to want to come to the register to ask why I was standing there. When an employee finally walked to the counter, it seemed to take a lot of effort to ask how she could help me and to say thank you when I left. I chalked it up to one bad experience. Then a few weeks later I ordered delivery. An hour later I still had no pizza. Called them and they said that it was brought back to the store bc when they called me to let me know they were here to deliver, I did not answer. They had written my phone number down wrong so she stated they will attempt delivery again. No pizza 30 minutes later (we are approx a 7-8 minute drive from them) and no one could tell me why. I told them to cancel the pizza and credit the money to the debit card. The next day, the money was credited back to the card BUT there was a point of sale purchase on it for a different amount than before and we had NOT been in the store! No one can explain why. The ONLY good I have to say is that the manager, Juan, was courteous and refunded the money back in person. I am still watching the card, as I am really curious as to how this transaction for a different amount showed up. read more
