All in all the food was wonderful. We had the calamari, which was a touch undercooked but not bad. The bread they bring out is phenomenal. The alfredo sauce is obviously homemade and delicious I had the chicken Murphy, recommended by our waitress, and it was delightful! The pink sauce is very flavorful and not too heavy. Popped in for a bite to eat at this local spot that was recommended by our AirBnB host. Quaint little spot on the town square in Kermit. We split the 10" supreme pizza and baked lasagna. Both filled us up but left plenty of room to split a cannoli! Pizza was very good, toppings were fresh and tasty but the crust was the star here. Super light, nice flop and crispy crust. If it isn't clear their pizza crust is top notch! Baked lasagna was hearty, cheesy, meaty with plenty of marinara. It was a great compliment to our pizza. To satisfy our sweet tooth we split a decently sized cannoli. Overall it was good but the shell was pretty hard, filling was good and had chocolate chips in it. What a surprising little gem! I had the chicken parmigiana Alfredo-can't remember the name, but it had great flavor, was a large portion and not too buttery. My son had the pizza and said it was great and not greasy. He had the meat pie. My daughter had the kids manicotti and loved it. I tried her marinara and it was good. We were on the way to New Mexico and just stumbled on this spot. It's definitely worth going. If you are in Kermit and want Italian, it's good stuff and not too expensive. I've been wanting to eat here since it opened. It's got a welcoming feel once you walk in. The server was very friendly and cheerful. We started with the calamari, loved it. It was made perfect. So glad it wasn't chewy and over done. My husband ordered a pepperoni calzone, and I ordered the chicken parmigiana. The calzone was so delicious, my chicken parmigiana was good, but the chicken was a little over cooked. I would order it again. It was a lot of food, we both took more than half of it home. The only thing that could be better about the meal would be the salad. It was just lettuce, a few onions, and some black olives. All in all this is a great place to eat. So glad we stopped by and we will be back very soon. read more

Love the lasagna, tortellini, meatball sandwiches, and pizzas from here. I haven't tried the rest of the menu. It feels like you're in an Italian restaurant, except for the televisions and pool room. Bummer! Was amazing when try first opened. Since then, prices increased and service declined. Order is always wrong due to language barrier. Spaghetti and Pizza is good but expensive. Plus they stopped with the side salads and sometimes the rolls are amazing and other times they are like rocks! Roll the dice here! read more

Food is great.. but if you try and call in an order they don't answer phone many times.. probably short handed and too busy....
