That is right, instead of asking for ketchup, and they give you 2 packets and you ask for more, at this location, they leave it out and you take it yourself. I don't think I will every understand why my favorite fast food chain have to be cheap with ketchup and even napkins at some locations. Paying over $10 for a meal, you should get as much ketchup as you want.
