The margarita pizza slice was slightly doughy with a bit too much sauce, mind you consistence is key especially if you was churning out pizzas left right and centre and the pineapple chunks on the pizza did seem a bit too dry though If I wanted a hawaiian I'd expect a subtle tang from the pineapple to compliment the ham which is not what I got though, though it seemed this was forgotten. The staff were friendly enough with everyone which did make eating out comfortable. Overall if you want something quick to fill a gap then yes bearing in mind it could be practically hit and miss with the pizza, but would recommend going for an alternative on their menu such as the lasagne. or the bucket of chips which did look crisp and chunky. Pizzas come with thin bases and just the right amount of perfectly seasoned toppings - all made fresh on-site every day, along with other things like Italian potatoes, etc. A small sit-down restaurant in the back is warm and cozy, the perfect place if you actually want to chat with family and friends while eating - take your own bottles of wine though, they aren't licensed to sell alcohol. I managed to pick up a promotional deal which was a small pizza (including gluten-free) with a side and drink for £11.99. This location is on Fountain Street, a stone's throw away from the Manchester Arndale and only a short walk away from Piccadilly Gardens, and St Peter's Square, all you need to do is turn past the large (and newer) EE store on Market Street opposite Primark, and you're there. The staff seemed pretty friendly and had no problem speeding up my order, the online ordering process was super simple up until when I'd ordered it. I was told my food would take 40 minutes despite requesting ASAP which makes no sense as 40 minutes isn't ASAP: The restauraunt sorted it with a quick phone call and I got my food within 15 minutes or so which was much more reasonable. For my pizza, I ordered a gluten-free chicken supreme, I did enjoy the toppings, especially the chicken but I found the base to be far too thick and bland, it wasn't pleasant at all which was a real shame. I'd usually go for pepperoni but this wasn't an option - there was chorizo and 'Nduja (a spicy, spreadable pork sausage) but I wasn't in the mood for anything too 'hot'. The tomato, mozzarella and basil was decent enough, with the base far less soggy on the bottom than nearby Honest Crust's (http://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/honest-crust-altrincham) but I must admit I preferred the latter's.
