We drove from Fostoria and when we get there at 730 the waitress tells us dining room is closed cause the Mgr. Is sick? B.S. NEVER AGAIN !​

It's Pizza Hut. Pretty much like every other one, for better or worse. We came up to see Sweetie's brother in his first month of college, and let him pick where to eat. He wanted to go to Madison's (MCT or something) which looked like a serious college bar, for the wings. Closed on Sunday, so since Pizza Hut had wings we ended up there. He had wings, and demolished them. Plus he took a sandwich for later. Sweetie and I shared a pepperoni and bacon pan pizza. Pretty much exactly how I remember Pizza Hut pizza: good not great, cheesy, greasy but not to the point of it running off. Service was slow- they were definitely understaffed, and maybe inefficient too. There was only one server, who was frazzled. Prices are okay, not great. They had an issue with credit cards; hopefully temporary, and luckily we had enough cash. The place was clean. All in all, a decent meal, but not my first choice. read more

We ordered a pepperoni lovers with extra cheese. Out pizza came to us with almost no cheese at all. We also ordered a p'zone... it was almost empty. We will never go to this location again. Ever. read more

BS. We ordered a thin crust with breadsticks at the same time my brother ordered his two pizzas and personal pans and breadsticks. They screwed up our pizza so we had to wait (we were told ten min after my brother got his pizza) They had already eaten their pizza and were boxing it when ours finally came. The server was rude and I'm not coming back anymore. I'll get dominos or little Cesar's. At least I'm not paying a huge bill for bad service and eating our food in a rush bc everyone else already ate their food. read more

Awful. Sat for 25 minutes before we got our order taken. Waited 45 minutes for our appetizer. Did not receive a pizza that we ordered. Also was not offered a drink refill. Absolutely disgraceful. Never coming here again. read more

My spouse and I came in, only 3 tables were filled so we figured they weren't that busy. We waited 20 minutes just to be seated. By the time they asked if we were dining in we had to wait even longer for them to wipe off a table, our table was still wet and we had to wipe it down with our napkins. We normally aren't picky about our service but it was so bad we had to write a review. Our waitress was super unprofessional and it seems like the management is too. we watched and overheard the waitress tell the table next to us that they had forgotten to put in the food that they requested and wanted to see if they would rather have them just take it off the bill. They told another table that they were out of barbecue which is one of there pizza sauces. How could management not order one of there pizza sauces. when I was paying for our food the waitress was just sitting there joking with another associate, she even made the remark that she had forgotten about a lady who had been on hold and made the manager take the call. And when we were finally ready to leave she said she couldnt even sit anymore tables because she was out of silverware. Super unprofessional, the food isn't that bad they just need better workers. read more

Ordered thin pizza with 3 toppings and balsamic drizzle and received greasy pan pizza with pepperoni. While this pizza was good I'm sure I just ate like 3,000 calories and it's not what I ordered by a long shot. read more

A couple of weeks ago, my boyfriends family ordered stuff and they were two hours late and forgot the wings. I ordered again tonight and they did not care to call to tell me that the brownies were discontinued, so I got a cookie instead. Awful service both times read more

The service was terrible. Took them FOREVER to get our food out to us. A couple came in after us and got their food before us. I saw that they dropped a pizza in the back and it must have been ours. Because after that the waitress was being super fake annoying nice and checking on us for no reason and assuring us our pizza would be out soon. The pizza was soggy and undercooked and you could tell they rushed it. Also there were no napkins at our table. We had to steal some off another table. The workers are snooty and slow and walk around like sloths. It was a bad experience overall and we do not plan on going back anytime soon. read more

Went to this Pizza Hut tonight for supper with my son and his wife. What a disaster ! ! ! First off the bat, our waitress did not have a pen! She said it was OK, she would remember our order. We ordered a small pizza, one black forest ham sub, one supreme sub and a chicken alfredo pasta. Waitress walked away, turned around and came back and asked about our subs. After a reasonable wait out came the pizza. We each had a slice (son had two or three). Then out came my sub. Waitress asked what kind of pasta we had ordered. After TEN minutes I went to the counter and asked where the rest of our food was, since we had planned to eat TOGETHER. Cook pointed to the oven and said it was in there. After another wait, out came the second sub. By this time, I was done eating and there was still no pasta. ENOUGH! We cancelled the sub and the pasta. What is wrong with these people???? If I could give no stars I would. Hands down the worst pizza place in tiffin. Ordered stuffed crust a few weeks ago and the pizza was paper thin with hardly any sauce or cheese. Ordered tonight delivery took 1hr and 5 min only to have an empty box of bread sticks. They took it off my order but they sounded as if they didn't even care. I will never order from Pizza Hut again!!!!! read more

My friend and I went to this establishment to get some pizza that we usually enjoy but this was a different experience. We waited at the podium for over ten minutes and we were stared at by employees multiple times and they showed no interest in seating us or getting anyone to help us. It is disappointing when a restaurant's food is overshadowed by their mediocre service and faculty. We decided to leave after 15 minutes when we should've left after 5 minutes but the other 10 minutes were to test how long they'd let us wait. read more
