I've never had a bad meal at the Tiffin Location. The service is almost always EXCELLENT. The staff are generally friendly & attentive. From the people that have been there for years to the high school kids working there after school, I always know I'll get great service. Obviously, I can't speak to the kitchen, but the only real criticism of the Tiffin location is that the dining room needs a really good top to bottom clean (maybe during off-hours) or close for a day or something. The actual surfaces are clean enough, but it's kind of gross sitting under those weird track light fixtures that are caked with dust. Same for the window sills if you're in a booth toward the front. But there's opportunity to easily correct that; and I hope they do. But it's been like that for the 3 years I've live in Tiffin, so I'm not going to hold my breath.
