I'm not giving any stars because I went their on 5/7/2022 and it was around 8pm and they wear all out of pan pizzas which is understandable but the part i don't get is the pizza that I did get was doughy in the middle and the waitress did not check to see if we wear doing ok and if we needed something which we did because she didn't bring plates for are pizza. Also the other waitress was cleaning the dining area and she sweep the floor with the broom and then use them on the booth seats. Which people place their hands on and then eat food afterwards. I will never eat their again and I have told family and friends about this so they will not eat their ever again. This was in Warren PA on Pennsylvania Avenue. Not to mention the price was really high for a pizza and two soda and a small salad and chicken wings the only good thing was the chicken wings. I NEVER give bad reviews. This time I have to. I ordered delivery at 6 pm. Estimated time of arrival posted as 7. Fine. By 7:30, it had not arrived, so I phoned. Was told they were short staffed, people had called off, and a party of 15 had come in. The driver was called upon to help. I was assured the driver was now out with the pizza and on his way to my house. I live 4 blocks away. By 8 pm, I phoned again. I was told the driver had been to my home, knocked, and left without leaving the food (which had been paid for) because I did not answer. Lies. I was seated on the couch 15 feet from the door. No one knocked. I selected Contactless Delivery. So, even IF no one answered, it should have been left on the porch. I get being busy. I get being understaffed. But don't LIE and make it my fault. I was offered $20 to make up for this. I wanted dinner, not cash. I worked in retail for over 30 years, so I understand the public can be demanding. In this case, I feel 100 percent justified in asking for a full refund. And, I'm fortunate that there are many other establishments in my area who deliver a similar product. The only thing keeping me from giving two stars is that the waitstaff was friendly. We ordered a large 3 topping hand tossed with garlic crust, an order of cheese breadsticks, and drinks. The pizza came out with pieces missing cheese, the garlic crust was on only part of the pizza, the crust wasn't cut and best of all it was the thinnest hand tossed we've ever seen. It was like eating cardboard. My husband had to chisel away to even get the pizza cut. The breadsticks were baked into oblivion with most of he cheese being burnt. We threw away half a pizza it was that bad. On the bright side our drinks were cold. The waitress looked like she had been beat down and we didn't have the heart to tell her how terrible the food was. When paying out bill I mentioned to the cashier that the food wasn't good but either she didn't hear me over the two other conversations she was having with the other employees behind the register or didn't care. I don't normally buy pizza, because I make my own from scratch, but the kids wanted some, and the dining room table was covered with stuff, so we decided to take a little stroll. I have to admit that, judging from the menu on the web site, I was pleasantly surprised to see a salad bar there. I also have to admit that the pizza was tastier than I would have expected. The service was courteous. All in all, it was a pleasant evening out. However, the drink options were shorter than I would have preferred. If it was possible to give lower i would. The food is what it is but the person on the phone told us it could be over an hour when online it said 25 minutes. Then when the delivery driver showed up he only had half the order. When asked about it he said it must be back at the store. He made us pay for everything when he only had half our food and then asked us 3 times on how much change we wanted back, pushing for a tip. The manager of the store was called directly after the driver left. The store manager had a very poor attitude and said it wasn't his problem and that the driver pushing for a tip was between us and him. This location is constantly freezing inside. Most people go the their cars and get a jacket because it is so cold. Tonight I asked the server to turn down the AC and he never did. I heard people complain how cold it is. They are always looking for help and the server we had tonight was a poor choice. his beard was unkept and he had boogers hanging out of his nose which was very unappetizing. On a Fri. night we called several times for delivery then decided to try carry-out in person and they were letting the phones ring off the hook. We used to go here once a week to get pizza. We would order it online and pick it up there. Lately every time we went to pick it up, the order was messed up. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our Pizza. What really irritates me is the cashier would touch the money, then your pizza would come out. The cashier then would have to open the box to show you the pizza. Well one time the cashier was holding change and she dropped the change on the pizza when it was open.
