Horrible service. I order lunch delivery daily for offices all over Houston and surrounding areas and I have never had such horrible customer service. The manager Tilda called me 10 minutes before my large delivery was suppose to be delivered. I placed the order the day before online through the app. She called and told me they couldn't deliver because my payment said it was "pending". I paid with a corporate Amex card and I have never had issues. She then proceeded to cancel the order and call me for payment over the phone or else they would not deliver. At this point I am 20 minutes into my presentation at the college. i had to stop and go to my vehicle to get my card to give it to her over the phone. She was rude and refused to deliver until I gave her the card over the phone. I then called her and she gave me some random number to what was suppose to be her supervisor and it went to voicemail. Horrible ! Horrible! I cannot say it enough. Ordered two pizzas tonight. $40. Worst pizza we've ever had. Called the location to speak with the manager all he had to say was I can give you a credit. It was AWFUL!!! Let me start by saying that my teenage son tried to convince me not to order from there because he had just had a bad experience there but I thought "maybe that was just a one time thing". So I ordered. Boy was I wrong and should have taken my son's advice! This Experience was at the Wharton Texas Pizza Hut on 9/2/22. We placed our order online for three pizzas which totaled almost $40. The order was placed at 6:01 PM the app said it would be ready at 6:25 PM. We did not get into pizzahut until 7 PM should have been plenty of time. We pulled up to the window we did for 10 minutes without anyone coming to the window. Decided to drive around and go in. That's when we realized what a shit show it was. After waiting almost another 10 minutes someone finally came to the counter my husband inquired about her order. They did not have it they saw it in the queue, but had not started on it, and could not even tell us when they might start on it. We waited for another 10 minutes or so realizing that the one cashier and one cook were probably overwhelmed it wasn't extremely busy, but there were several patrons inside and there were several people coming through the line or inside to pick up to go orders. One of the workers did apologize and say that they were dealing with a disgruntled employee that they had just fired. I saw the chick walk outside on her cell phone screaming, hollering and cussing and pacing around. The went to a vehicle in the parking lot screaming hollering cussing and pointing and the Pizza Hut building then got into her little tan SUV and sped out of the parking lot. I should say sped out of the parking lot! I believe she was fired for not wanting to work... So kudos to whoever did that! At this point it was nearing 730 and we realized we should probably just leave. But our order was paid for online via credit card. Told They could not give us a refund. AT this point it was nearing 7:30, So we still decided to leave and go to Little Caesars (which was GREAT NY THE WAY!!) Although a manager should be able to deal with busy and chaotic situations, My complaint really is more so of the owner of that particular Pizza Hut or even corporate. There should be a better system in place with the technology available, to not take orders and peoples' money online, if the workers are not available to provide the service (since no one wants to work this day and time) so that people are not left without food, that they paid for! I will not stop until I get my $40 refund! And I will not be visiting THIS Pizza Hut anytime soon! I would AVOID this place if I were you! BTW... My son's experience, the week prior that he tried to warn me about, was rude service, slow service( it was not busy...the workers were just not visible... prob in the back on phones) and the pizza tasted like it had been on the floorboard of the backseat of somebody's car for weeks he said it was disgusting!!!!! read more

This is the worst pizza hut I have EVER been to. Other then Patra when serving you at the location. Ordering on the phone or in store is horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. When trying to dine at the buffet for lunch the buffet is always short on pizzas. and there's hardly ever anywhere to sit!!! read more

One month ago: We waited 20 minutes and didn't even get waited on. This Pizza Hut was not busy. Today: we got waited on but the waitress didn't write anything down. Our salad was not what we ordered, didn't get our French fry nachos. Our pizza didn't have the garlic butter on the crust. Tea was colored water. Called in tonight for take out. Got a guy on the phone named Josh. He took my order and made me feel like I was the most important customer he ever had. Super nice guy. Only problem was, an hour after I ordered, I called in and they told me they only had one delivery driver, and had no idea where he was and had no idea when I would get my pizza. Called again 15 minutes later, and I told them that I didn't want a pizza that was riding around in a car for an hour, they said "We just pulled it out of the oven, and are waiting for the driver to come back in to pick it up". Came here for lunch,we usually try to get Melinda to be our waitress,but was unavailable today. Our waitress was VERY RUDE had no patience threw the silverware down at our table,and barely waited on us. They had no clean plates so we were eating on plastic to go box lids ,and took forever to get pizza out on the buffet. read more

Melinda was our server, she was always on top of things, refilling our drinks and was very pleasant . Kitchen help came to our table and asked if there was anything extra we would like to have on the buffet table . All good was hot and fresh. Salad was also fresh. OK, I will preface this rant with the fact that during the week, especially lunch time, the service is amazing, and food is well made. Now, to Sunday or maybe subday, I think they let the B team go home and the C team come in. First, waitress not professional or polite, the kitchen screwed up our wings and one of two pizzas, she told us very brusquely that they were being remade, did not apologize. When we did get the wings the recipe was incorrect, supposed to be honey BBQ, but I think they made them as buffalo mild first then just covered them in honey BBQ to try cover it up. Pizza finally came out, and they forgot to hold the crust flavoring. I always tip, even with mediocre service, this time I made an exception. The women's restroom was nasty, mold in a ring around the toilet, one roll of toilet paper on the floor, the other on the lid of the trash can, when my wife informed an employee she received an ugly look and an eyeroll. I will eat here again, but never again on the weekend, absolutely ridiculous. read more

If your in the mood for some quick wings and pizza then this is not the place for you! If your welling to hang out for about 2 hours then awesome might be for you. Every experience I've had was the worst. First we go in and have to sit ourselves because apparently they are "too busy" for the dine in customers. Good luck finding a table for they are all dirty and they don't clean them at all. It also takes about 30 minutes just for them to ask you what kind of drink you want as well. Finally an hour later and they ask for your order but don't deliver it till about another 30 minutes later. If you ask the manager for something he will say okay, go to the back and do nothing. Whenever you want a refill you might as well grab the cup and get it yourself because that's just how it is. Does not feel like a dine in restaurant. Feels like they are more worried about their deliveries. So my suggestion is just either stay away from the lobby or just call in the order ahead of time and maybe you'll get it on time. read more
