My stepson wanted to sit outside so it was the bartender who came out and took our order. Service was a bit on the slow side. We observed though that at this region of the world, servers seem to be trained not to rush customers so you would need to let them know if you are in a hurry. If you didn't, then it would be safe to say you will have to ask for the bill once you're ready to pay otherwise you might wait a while. Anyway, the pasta was delicious per my stepson. My husband and I also enjoyed the pizza that we split. I am also glad that my lemon soda (Italian brand) was the perfect refresher for quite a sunny day.

The outdoor seating is quite funny since you all sit along the wall looking at the street, but yet comfortable. The service was amazing and the waiter kept it light and friendly. We shared a Picidini and a Pizza and both were great!!! The Picidini is similar to a Quesadilla but just one folding in half with other toppings inside. We had the one with Ruccola, Schinken and a honey mustard sauce. It was great - I wish I hadn't shared! It's definitely not on the top of gourmet restaurants in Munich, but if you're looking for a tasty place with great prices and nice staff, I would recommend Gegenüber.

My wife ordered the same but didn't realize it was fried. (Dumb Americans). When it was brought out she tried to communicate that she couldn't eat it and wanted to order something else. This was lost in translation and our server looked at us like we had three eyes and I can't blame her. I proceeded to plow through my schnitzel and some of the mrs. then boxing up the rest to take with us. Can only speak for the scchnitzel but its so good, you may want to order it twice!
