For me, 5 stars was well deserved with the friendliness and informative customer service I received plus the sheer NOM factor of the food - absolutely no grease. I was full but not that gross full feeling which I complimented perfectly with a Japanese Green Tea can from there too. The restaraunt is now under new ownership and I'm glad to report that after a few teething difficulties the product is now up to its previously high standard batter crispy, fish flaky and chips golden. It has a seating area and a BYO policy if you're after a value evening's supper and is open on Sundays through the Summer to catch the Hampton Court tourists.
