Nothing but love for this place! Been coming here since 2006 and still crave it every time. Go-to is the hot chicken breast in pitta with cheese, peri peri chips, and a 1/4 chicken on the side. Bottomless soft drinks are a rarity in the UK so extra points for adopting what should really be done everywhere. The food is the obvious core of why I love Nandos but the brand and company is what make it extra special. Customer service is fantastic, the staff are easy going and friendly, and their social media often keep you engaged with special offers, updates, and a bit of banter. Heard about how great the food is from friends, but when I tried it the food was mostly bland. It was good, but nothing special.

Always love the food here...I order the same thing 1/4 or 1/2 medium/hot peri peri chicken (well done) with 2 sides. Also try it with the garlic and medium peri peri sauce along with your main course, gives a good blend... Any nandos is crowded and noisy but it's worth eating there cause of the food... It's your standard Nandos. As per any I've been to. Food? Good. Drinks? Bottomless soft drink goodness! Service? Just fine. Though, and this may be the curse of popularity and business, more of a smile never goes unappreciated. However, the guy that was cooking the food was open to some banter, which is always a plus for me. Unfortunately, I just can't seem to give out more than 3 stars for places like Nandos, Frangos, etc. It's a personal taste thing, but the food is never amazing to me, because it's just not that big a deal to me. I feel a little jealous of my friends that get all jittery and excited about this place. That said, I do the same over GBK across the road. Location wise, it's not as convenient as Frangos in Kingston. This is off the main high street, a 10 or so minute walk from the train station, and a bit less from one of the main bus stops. However, with a good deal of pubs just across the road, it's a good stopping location to eat cheaply before going for some drinks. Or after. Whatever! read more

I LOVE NANDOS!!! Seriously, where else can you get a quarter chicken, chips and coleslaw for less than a fiver? Throw in a soft drink and frozen yoghurt for kicks and you now have a great meal, bottomless soft drinks and endless dessert!!! Anyone willing to give the extra hot chicken a bash is a lot more insane than i thought! WOW that stuff blows not only your mind! The Kingston branch is one of the nicer places to go, mainly for the ambience. But also the staff here are very helpful and they seem to know you if you go there as often as i do! I now get a sneaky bowl of olives for free (granted i do spend about £200 a month there!) read more

You can't go wrong. Great service, fast food, delicious sauces and bottomless refills for soft drinks. Remember to collect stamps on your Nandos loyalty card as they add up quickly into free meals. The periperi chips are a must. read more

Decent Portuguese food for a reasonable price. Would recommend coming here for a lunch with some friends. There is also a nice atmosphere as you can see the cooks cooking your food. Love nandos, ncie food at a good price, had a half chicken, spicy rice, chips and refillable drink, was superb. Staff are friendly and the food comes to you literally 5 minutes after ordering which is always good if you go in straving like I did.The frozen yogurt is a nice option for dessert if you can handle it after all that chicken I probably spend more Money in nandos than i do on my girlfriend read more

I do love this Nando's. Obviously it is not a fine dining experience but you get what you pay for. And for what you pay Nando's is pretty awesome! The place itself looks like an old barn, in a really nice way! Unfortunately this gets very busy at the weekends but during the week it's always easy to get a table and food is always really quick. There is outdoor seating for during the summer too. Just the way a nandos should be! read more
