Aged beef patty with pickle, ketchup and mustard. Had the cheeseburger with proper melty American cheese which really is the best for burgers. Good bun too that holds together. The burgers are cooked medium and I mean a proper pink medium, not just browned on the edges verging on raw in the middle which some other places are doing. The taste and overall experience is right up there and everything is just right, especially the beef patty itself which was perfection. Decent fries too. Coleslaw was good enough but not the highlight here. Been there twice. Consistently good each time and with reasonable prices and great service it adds up to a top rating from me.

Final verdict? I only ate burgers one my entire trip at London, and it was at Burger & Beyond, but I can confidently say that it was one of the best burgers I've EVER had. I made a reservation for lunch at 12pm on a Wednesday. We ended up showing up 15 minutes past our reservation time due to delays on the Tube, but one of staff members was chill and had no problem with us arriving late. In general, customer service was amazing. Our server was friendly. Not as attentive, but that's what I expected at this point having been in Europe for 3 weeks.
