Visited for the first time and the staff was pleasant. Placed my order letting them know it was going to be carry out as I had to come into the location to see a menu (it's not available online). They tried to serve one of the three items I ordered to the table I was waiting at but I reminded them it was to go. It then took over 30 minutes for the other two items I ordered to be ready. Meaning my first item was cold before the rest of the order was ready. No one explained the checkout process and I was left with no bill or instructions and my cold food. Took it home and had to reheat in the oven. Really wasn't impressed with the quality of the food either. A lot of trouble for a lot of money and some mediocre pizzas. read more

Went there a week ago for dinner. They were short staffed, but graciously allowed us to dine in, since we drove in from a local community. Had the broccoli crust keto with meat lovers toppings. My family had meat lover's thin crust large. That keto broccoli pizza was so good my family ate all of theirs, then ate 1/2 of mine! So so good! Highly recommend this pizzeria! read more

Stopped In here based on Yelp reviews but the food was very bland. We all ordered side salads and the ranch wasn't even homemade. Then the pizza come out and I was disappointed just looking at it. Not a lot of toppings. The waitress was the best part she was young and very sweet. We were in town for the weekend and ordered a supreme pizza, sausage pizza, wings and cheese sticks. The photos of their pizzas looked delicious. However, there were hardly any toppings at all. The crust was flavorless and the pizza was very cheap quality. My kids each ate one slice and refused to eat another. If kids won't eat your pizza, it can't be good. We ordered there for the first time last night. We have had so many poor experiences at restaurants in Heber Springs that my expectations are low and many of these have happened when we were taking out of town company out to a "great" meal. Other than Brother's BBQ and Lindsey's Resort, there has ALWAYS been a problem with the service or the food or both. We generally never complain. We just pay our bill, tip well and never go back. Live and learn and move on. We are trying to find good places to eat here so when we have company we won't be thoroughly embarrassed. I might have just been desperate last night for a "real" pizza after eating Dominoes so frequently.....which is acceptable in a pinch, especially due to the price if you pick it up. I thought the pizza from here was solid and good. The crust was perfect and the ingredients were great. We really enjoyed it. It was ready in about 30 minutes as they said it would be. The menu looks great with many choices and I am looking forward to ordering other things from here in the future. We did also get 12 bone-in wings: 6 parmesan and 6 bourbon barbecue. They were great. I have purchased wings from multiple pizza places and it was obvious they had been frozen and then just heated up in the microwave. These wings were made fresh by their taste. I love Buffalo Wild Wings in Little Rock and we thought these were almost as good as theirs and that is what they specialize in. I definitely will be ordering from them again and trying the other flavors. I was shocked at some of the other poor reviews about the slow service and the rude text from the owner that is posted, but these are old reviews and obviously not an issue now. I will say this is the NUMBER ONE restaurant in Heber Springs on Trip Advisor right now and another reason why I had to try this place. This is shocking considering all of the travelers that come here from out East like New York, where that is the definition of a "real" pizza. I am so happy we found a place like this. My only suggestion is to pick up your order. Delivery ends up costing so much more and you risk it not being fresh and warm. The only reason I marked this down is because we ordered no mushrooms or onions on our pizza and it had onions on it. No biggee, but if you pick it up you can check your order before you leave to make sure it is perfect. It seems like no one is. They did have a special when we called, but we decided to order one of their many specialty pizzas in a large size for $18.00. It was well worth the price. Instead of being able to eat 1/2 of a Domino's Pizza, 2 pieces of theirs filled me up and can last several meals. The restaurant is pretty small, and would be good for only small families and couples. Try it at least once or twice. I think you will love it. We sure did. I would hate if they did not have enough business and had to close, when some of the locals have never tried it. read more

Was so excited to try this place but when my wife brought it home the dough was so under cooked we had to put it in our oven. I've never in my life had a pizza with dough that raw off a pizza. Could understand if it was covered in toppings galore or maybe a thick crust but the crust isn't even thick. Definitely not worth the $21. read more

The menu looks great. The food was acceptable.....BUT. Stopped in for lunch. Sign says 'Wait to be seated'. No greeting, no one to seat, took table since there were only six customers present, only one of them eating. In a few minutes woman appeared and looked at me and said, 'Oh.' She took earlier customers order then came to me and I ordered spaghetti & meatballs with soup as side and water as drink. Around 7 minutes later she brought just soup, no drink. It was a nice spinach & mushroom, good I thought but I would have liked some water. 51 minutes later, after I'd asked, the spaghetti and meatballs came. My lunch time was over of course, and her comment when I'd asked where it was, 'It's just coming out of the oven.' Don't know connection between that dish and oven, but I'd asked her to just go ahead & put it in to-go dish. She did, but brought no utensils or water. Asked again for water. The spaghetti which I wanted to sample did have fork, but never did bring requested knife which I wanted to cut meatballs with since I'd be eating this in my car now. No plastic utensils were ever brought, nor napkin, etc. I enjoyed the food, it was fine, but won't be back. Nor did I bother with a tip. Poorest service I've had in a while. read more

This is a little place with lots of potentials and they are working to meet those potentials. The pizza is great the staff is very friendly and understanding. The bathrooms are clean always a plus in any establishment. The menu is simple but diverse with pizza, calzone, ravioli, and other classics. Not far off the trail after hiking, fishing, or swimming. Pizza was unimpressive. Crust was the worst part about it......didn't taste fresh, I don't think they make their own crust on site. Ordered a large double pepperoni, did not receive double pepperoni. Bbq pizza toppings were really good, again with the lousy crust though. Wings were really small. Biggest complaint is price, for $50 I wanna be wowed - we weren't. Prefer Lake town pizza but since they closed down thought we'd give these guys a chance because we prefer to support local businesses rather than chains. Next time we're in Heber and want pizza will have to go with the chain restaurant. read more
