This was a well know, much loved, staple business in the community. I begged him for years to give me the recipe for his Souvlaki sauce. He never gave in. I flew to Montreal and paid a visit just to see Angelo and have some pizza like the old days with him, and even knowing I lived in BC, he still wouldn't give me that dam recipe for his secret sauce. I ended up buying an entire empty 2Ltr Pepsi bottle full of that sauce and brining it back to BC with me on the flight, securely packed in a back so as to not lose a drop. Again, thank you for the many, many years of great customer service, great food, providing my wife and an awesome place to go for date nights. We got one 4 cheese pizza that had so much cheese with an oven baked dough. I enjoyed the pizza just felt a Bit heavy and sloppy trying to eat it but maybe if it just had 3 cheese it would be easier to tackle. Just kidding I would never want less cheese lol. Great taste and fast service. Our delivery driver gave us a bunch of candies as well not sure if that was from him or the restaurant but they were sweet and fruity nice surprise.

Gyro meat: nice and thick and tasty. Tzatziki sauce: very good (not the best ever but really really very good). Pita: warm and fresh what more could you ask for? Rice: excellent, very flavourful, a bit on the salty side but that's ok for me. Salad: nice variety, fresh, nice light sweet creamy dressing. Greek potatoes: not Greek enough for my liking but cooked to crispy yet fluffy perfection. Yes even the hotdogs were dammm tasty and despite looking like they were cheap on the toppings, it was the perfect amount. From the photos on the menu they may even have that perfect smoked meat I've been searching for so i'm very much looking forward to ordering again! (And will definitely take photos next time).

Gobsmacked that this isn't more well known as I know so many people who has been to montreal countless of times even the locals who hasn't been to this steak house. Its also a casino and cigar lounge so it makes it even better. Oyster rockerfeller ($21) ~ OH GOD this was phenomenal. The bechamel and the parmesan cheese was so rich and paired so well with the fatty and sweet oyster. 10/10. Fried calamari ($24) ~ super crispy, and well seasoned the pieces of calamari were big and the cocktail sauce it paired with was chef kiss. It was perfectly cooked and not rubbery at all! 9.5/10. Linguini with octopus and cuttlefish ($42) ~ the pasta was al dente, there was chunks of tomato, and seafood which was nice. 7.5/10 22oz bone in cowboy rib steak ($75) ~ perfect cooked and perfectly seasoned it was so good and the meat melts in your mouth! It was absolutely chef kiss if I didn't have to share I would've devoured this soo quickly it would've scared everyone. Definitely worth it for the price, and it was beautifully done. 10/10. Wild mushroom ($14) ~ well seasoned and sauteed it was good and the mix of mushrooms were a great pairing with the steak. 8.5/10 Loaded baked potato ($16) ~ I UNDERSTAND - this is a well known side dish here and I know $16 for potato its totally worth it though. The potato was so cheesy and buttery and melts in your mouth it was rich and also paired perfectly with all the dishes we got. This potato was on another level for sure. 10/10. Empress gin & tonic ~ stunning perfect ratio of gin and tonic, and it was delicious an the rosemary on top was the perfect garnish. 10/10.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us with great recommendations. For starters I got the lobster bisque and then had the filet migion for dinner. Exceptional quality on the meat will definitely have me coming back. For dessert we sampled the tiramisu and crème brûlée. The crème brûlée was made with grand marnier and made an excellent edition to the dessert
