I don't know how long they have offered vegan options, though it seems like the restaurant itself has been around a few years. But there are too menus: one for omnivores and one for veggies. It's somewhat nondescript in decor, but the restaurant has a lot of seating, and an "open" counter area where you can see your pizza dough being rolled out, toppings being added, and the final product placed in the oven. I've had the spinach pizza and also the mista...both were pretty good, though I think the first one I had was better (I was also a bit buzzed when I ate it, which made it irresistible to me). I also found that the pizzas are a bit salty, which is fine because I am a salt fanatic, but something worth noting. All in all, I don't think Zeus is THE BEST VEGAN PIZZA EVER, but if I am craving a bite and in the neighborhood, it certainly is a solid option.

And overall great tomato sauce and nice soft dough. Definitely worth a try What could be better: The salad was mediocre as the picture shows. For almost €10 we found that pretty disappointing also giving the portion we receive. The vegan pizza almost didn't really taste like a pizza. It is a creative way with sun-dried tomato and caramelized toppings with artichokes but it was not our kind of taste. It was also a bit too oily for our taste. Summary: Monella offers great authentic Italian Napolitano pizza. The ingredients are fresh the service is nice and you can't go wrong if you live close by. Compared to other Napolitano pizza spots in Berlin I would rate this to be good. We have had better Napoletana pizza in Berlin but this one is a solid one and definitely worth a visit. Note that during the weekends it can be pretty crowded so make sure to reserve a table.
