excellent food and service and clean facility. They made a specialty pizza for my husband it was quick and easy.

Service was I guess what you can expect for a small town, but could use more staffing for up keep on the salad bar and keeping the plates and silverware full. The cleanliness of the place was ok, would have like a bit more though- wipe down the tables, sweeping the floors, attending to the messes at the salad bar, keeping things stocked. This place consistently burns the bottom of biscuits, cactus bread, and other dessert pizza . I'm not sure how it is still open we have tried, pick up and sine in and it didn't matter, everything burnt on the bottom. This has happened all 4 times we have had it. We love pizza ranch but can't fo to this one, which is the closest location now that we moved. Smh...figure it out, can't be that hard to adjust tour oven settings. read more

I was very impressed with the pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza and it was really delicious! It had the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. They also have a nice arcade for kids. I would definitely eat here again. I'm sorry we don't have Pizza Ranch where we live! read more

Pizza was decent, chicken is good. BUT. We requested a type of pizza as soon as we got here at 5 when the buffet started. It's now 5:43 and we still haven't brought out the kind we requested yet several others have who were definitely here after us. read more

I've eaten in several Pizza Ranch restaurants and this one is typical. The food is very good. The salad bar has a large selection of greens and pasta salads. The chicken is very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The pizza is comparable to Godfather's or Pizza Hut. The staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is that, like other similar restaurants, the furnishings, floor, decor, etc. are cheap and dated. Like many heavy-use venues, every surface seems to be lightly covered with a thick, sticky haze that no amount of cleaning can remove. In summary, a good place to eat a lot of food (although at about $11 after taxes it's not a great deal) but not great ambiance. read more

Not happy! About 2 weeks ago we called to complain about the pizza being cold when we got it, the garlic butter being cold, the cheesy ranch sticks being cold. The only thing that was hot was the marinara sauce. The lady was really nice and said she would have the manager send out coupons the next day to replace our meal. Well we only live a few blocks away and the coupons should of gotten here by now. I'm sure at this point they have forgotten about us, but fortunately I haven't. How are you gonna only concentrate on your happy customers. I know this was a rare event that our food was bad but come on. This makes me never want to go back there again. read more

There is no buffet here unless you show up during prime time lunch or dinner time, however when we got there at 10 minutes past the buffet time on our way thru redwood falls, they were letting the table next to us take boxes of food from the buffet. No wait staff came to our table. Our group of 4 was given one menu. We ordered our food at the counter. When our food showed up, we were given No plates or forks. We went and got them from the buffet area. The floors were sticky and messy. The women's bathroom had a toilet seat that was barely held on by a bolt and the bathroom wreaked. I figured out the smell was due to multiple dirty diapers in the garbage can. When we asked for a box for our leftovers, the girl put down the broom and dustpan and grabbed our box with unwashed hands. We asked her to wash her hands and get us a new box which she did. Disappointing for our first time thru redwood falls. Won't be back. read more

I don't know if this is a corporate location or a franchise, but this place is a dump. I went there yesterday and the ice cream machine was broken. The diet coke dispenser was broken. The pizza is thick crust with tasteless cheese and the sausage pizzas had a few small pieces here and there about the size of my little finger nail. The pepperoni is about the size of a nickel and not as thick as a dime, sparsely distributed on the top. Tomatoes on the salad bar are yellow and hard, and the cottage cheese in the salad bar is thin and watery. They have lots of massively calorie laden dessert pizzas, puddings, and other gooey, unhealthy, sweets. The only good food was the fried chicken, so I had some of that, and some tea. 10.89 for the buffet is massively overpriced. The men's bathroom smelled like a bucket of urine, and there was piss all over the wall and floor around the urinal. The carpets are filthy, and the walls are damaged all over with scraped off paint and sheetrock showing through the scraped off paper. read more

Went for a party. Chickin was over cooked, potato wedges were also over cooked. Took a long time for people to come take away our dishes. Nasty couch in so called game room. Don't think the air hockey table gets clean. But then again it's a buffet, with a bunch of kids working. Get the party rooms cleaned up and fix the walls and put an adult in charge and maby I'll come back. read more
