The bread is also baked fresh daily. You can add any toppings to your sandwich. I'll admit, I was disappointed in the cheese curds. If you're near there today, I suggest you hurry in and pick one up. The helpers were all fantastic, the food, though it had to be prepared. Came out within five minutes and they were very helpful about everything. They are easily the best sandwich in town at least and maybe in south corner of Minnesota.
