There's a lot of volume to it and it's light and crispy. It's unique and it's well worth heading here to get it. We had the "Completa" which had mozzarella, tomato, black pepper and ricotta in it. This one normally comes with a couple of meats and since everything on their menu is made to order they were able to remove those ingredients and accommodate us vegetarians' desire to have a more interesting flavor profile than the basic offering, without the meat. The two of us also didn't want a large one so they prepared it as two separately fried smaller ones which satisfied our lunchtime appetite without ruining dinner for us. I'm not sure this was healthy, exactly, for the body, but it sure was spiritually healthy. Pizza taste in a sort of calzone-looking thing, but light, crispy, and just plain delicious.
