One thing, I would ask, though, is for the establishment to consider the beverage pricing structure. 3,50EUR for 0,5l still water and a whopping 6,10EUR for a 0,75l bottle water is usury. If the bottle of water costs more than a pie of pizza, you need to let them know that this is not ok.

We were not given wine menu but asked for red wine expecting the house red. Waiter brought us a bottle of red which was ok, it was already opened when he brought it, he did not open in front of us. When bill came, we were shocked that the wine was €33, absolutely ridiculous! Clearly the waiter heard English speakers and thought he could do this with no consequence. Not good. The waiter took forever to bring the menu, to take the order and to process the payment. Typical italian restaurant in Germany: if the waiter doesn't know you, he wont serve you.
