This place was recommended by the local health food store. We were looking for a vegan place for…read moredinner and lo and behold Il Mulino DI Pina. Although this Pizzeria serves pizza made with a local low gluten whole grain, they also have amazing vegan dishes made by Ambra. We had the vegan lasagna -- so close to the real thing. We also had 'spezzatino' seitan with potatoes; raw spaghetti made with zucchini, cucumber, poppyseeds; fresh stringbeans; peas from Ambra's family farm. Everything was delicious. Seating is outdoors for the season. Can't wait to go back to this place.
