When it came to zoning, he managed everything for me and had a great relationship with the town. We got everything approved and the committee thought our ideas were great. Then when it came to construction, I was so glad I had Geoff on my side. The builders thought he was super thorough. I appreciated Geoff's advice on what absolutely needed to get done and what didn't, and approximate costs, etc. I felt like he was an advocate for me, and I was so appreciative of his guidance and help throughout the whole project. Off the bat Michael swept in with a detailed plan, a reasonable quote, timeline, and a great team of experts. Michael dedicated time to sit with me and discuss design alternatives for the apartment, that will best maximize on space. The Stake team executed the work as planned and with attention to every detail. Our home was in good hands with Michael, so much so that we decided to expand the scope to include our basement, with a new kitchen and sprucing up of our utility room.
