Yum, yum, yum! I'm here for work and honestly finding this gem has changed my mornings. Their velvet ice (basically their version of a frappe) are SO good and honestly taste better than a frappe. The whipped cream should be it's own food group it's so delicious. They also make breakfast sandwiches. Thus far I've only tried egg and cheese on a plain bagel but I'm pretty sure if they have the ingredients they'll make you any sandwich you want. The inside of the restaurant is cute and spaced out so you can stay and enjoy your coffee inside if you were so inclined. Everyone I've interacted with has been so incredibly nice and friendly. Not to mention the downtown area is adorable. I'd recommend stopping in, grabbing a coffee and then going for a walk around the area!

I've been slowly making my way through their menu! Great place! Lots of seating! They rotate some of their flavored coffee every day it seems so there's always something new to try! Regular Granita is also delish, a nice light frozen drink without all the crazy sugar taste of a Frappuccino, and their whipped cream is thick and yummy!

Love PJ's. Great spot on the square in downtown El Dorado. I always try to make it a point to stop in before a day of meetings or traveling. Good environment to read, get prepared for the day, or get caught up at the end of one. Convenient location and have always had friendly service.

I come here every once in a while. They have O-K coffee. but the staff is always friendly. They also have wine , which is great. I came here to write my paper the other night. I had a glass of wine to relax because i had been stressing about it. The place is clean. the music was kind of loud & the wine wasn't cheap. Best place to relax. They have food too, haven't tried it though.

A great coffee shop for a town of this size. I live in a city of nearly 1 million and wish I could find something this great there. The food and atmosphere is especially good which is where coffee shops usually struggle in my opinion. read more

This is the best coffee shop in the area....I wish it would have been there when I actually lived there! Great coffee and great atmosphere. They have a great selection of drinks and snacks. The service is friendly and fast. They have a few TVs as well. Not sure if they have Wifi, but if they don't that would be a great addition. Hope it stays open so when I come home to visit, I can have a coffee shop to get a great drink. read more

I have been to PJs several times and and I have never had a bad experience. It's a smooth coffee house vibe and drinks that mirror Starbucks. My fiancé and I have been there before on Sunday's and we've played the board games that are available for customers which we loved. I have purchased a PJs tumbler and I ADORE IT. They also serve wine and have open mic nights. There is a wall of wine that is definitely eye candy to wine lovers!! read more

Starbucks it ain't. It's better. Good coffee that is way cheaper than Starbucks. Free WiFi. Simple Fare. Nice atmosphere. They often have live music. They are adjoined to an ice cream shop, they share a common area. The ice cream is good too, but, expensive. A popular hangout. If you are in downtown El Dorado check them out. They have a frozen coffee that is fantastic. I think it's called a Granita. I like the caramel Granita best, but, the chocolate and regular are also deliscious. read more

I was surprised and excited to find a PJ's in El Dorado. I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter and the staff were as sweet as can be. They went out of their way to make this a special drink for her. They asked me if I wanted it "kid temperature", drizzled chocolate on the marshmallows, and asked her if she want extra little additions to her drink. Being from south Louisiana I am a regular at my local pjs. With that being said my family and myself had to evacuate because of hurricane Ida and we are so thankful to have something in El dorado that reminds us of home. Service was great, our coffee and food were amazing. read more
