Possible nerve pain and definite bait and switch Spent time selecting an acupuncturist... show up, there are two, I asked if the other was a student, they just said she was a new acupuncturist - didn't elaborate. Then they start putting in needles and I can hear it's not the person I chose - and I ask what is going on, they finally disclose that she is replacing the woman that I chose. Nobody told me up until that point - is that even legal? One of the needles caused a very sharp pain. I think I may have some nerve damage. I even pointed out that I have scoliosis in a particular way and it seems like she still put the needle too close to the bone. I've been to many acupuncturists before and never had this issue. Also I developed a migraine because the neck rest was too high (my chest was barely touching the surface). The pain is not going away and I cut my appointment short because they just got so many details wrong and I could tell right away the treatment was ineffective and they had pulled a bait and switch on me. If they send the bill I will sue. read more

I discovered Dr. Kouch two years ago after moving to Natick from South Carolina. I was once again having discomfort in my back and also my right shoulder. Five visits relieved the the pain and stabilized my situation. The discomfort has reappeared only once since then and three visits did the trick. His half hour appointments include much more than a simple chiropractic adjustment as he adds other forms of treatment to further one's recovery. I moved away in 2014 but I still go see Dr. Kouch whenever I'm visiting home (Natick) because he's a miracle worker and I'm always in some kind of pain that can help with literally anywhere on my body. He'll do deep tissue work and creative adjustments to get you feeling good again. He takes his time to understand what's hurting and spends a generous amount of time working on you, unlike some places that rush you out in 10 minutes. My mom went to him for a couple years too for random things like jaw pain so he has a senior citizen endorsement as well. Definitely recommend! read more

I went to Dr Kouch for the first time in September 2015. I was having lower back pain. The first apt lasted about an hour. Dr Kouch was thorough and asked many questions in order to properly treat my lower back pain. He's patient and focused. His treatments have greatly reduced (nearly eliminated! ) my pain. Not sure why the other reviews of this place are hidden, but don't be deterred by the lack of reviews- this office is great and extremely professional. My fiancé and I came here on a multi-weekly basis until our insurance changed and we couldn't come here anymore (we're still mourning the loss). Dr. Kouch is super nice, has a good sense of humor, and is so good at what he does- if an issue crops up, he'll squeeze you in and do his best to fix whatever's going on. He has a great understanding of how every part of your body works in tandem- he told me that one of my legs is actually slightly shorter than the other, causing so many of the back problems that I've had, and then was able to help ameliorate the issue from thereon out.
