He was late by 10 , I called him ,Said he was 2 minutes away . He called me back after a few MORE minutes he was at another business Waited some more. I think he needs a GPS Since he lives in Oakdale and the appointment was in same .Long story I called and said never mind after 30 minutes. Ok, a lot of people claim to "detail" and just do a superficial cleaning and rub on some wax. Not the case with Pkazzo's. Last week two of Jesse's employees came out to do our shop truck at work. It came out looking better than new! Today Jesse is out to do my personal vehicle, as well as another employee's vehicle. He has done such a good job that we will have him out to do at least 3 or 4 more! The work is super detailed, makes old paint look like new, every crack and crevice inside, outside and under the hood cleaned and polished. Friendly and easy to work with! I wasn't sure about this business, but I was very happy with the results! Jesse, even went a step further, explained how to take care of the washing and dusting of the car to extend the results of the polished shine. Jesse worked on my 2001 BMW 325i today - and he did a great job. I am very pleased with the results and the price was more than reasonable for the work he did. Both Jesse and his employee were very nice and VERY detail oriented. I would recommend him and his work to my family and friends. This guy stole my truck then lied about it. If I could give no stars I would. Had a deal with Fony to detail my 03 Toyota TRD Tacoma with a supercharger "very nice little speed demon" and then to do my 10 Cummins. He wanted to do the detail at my house but I had some other things going on that day so we decided that his house would be ok and I would pic it up in the morning. I go to Fonys house to pic up my rig and after my reaction to his not so impressive job I gave him the money promised for the Tacoma and cancelled my 10 Cummins job. Now every time I drop off or pic my vehicles from any ware I hit the millage counter. So I look down and there's 68 miles on my Yota. I call up Fony and ask him WTF?? He tries to tell me he doesent know what i'm talking about so l tell him about the counter and admits to it and say I had to pic up my "girl" in Turlock.... WTF the least you could have done is put some gas in it. All I got was I'm sorry Bro.
