I mentioned a problem that I had experienced when getting the identical service from a previous provider, and Jannine explained exactly how that happened, and how i would not have the same problem in her hands. I'm kind of blown away. This was a great experience. From being welcomed upon arrival, the massage chair, and the lovely and very professional Jannine, everything was a pleasure.
