Everytime I have come midday it is not obnoxiously crowded. I did have to wait a couple of times for a weight rack or machine, but no biggie I just did something different while waiting. There are constantly staff members cleaning and keeping the spaces clean, including the locker room and restroom. All of the equipment is in good, working condition. There are more than enough treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. Benches aren't torn, equipment works. I tried the total body enhancement thing and it is a cool way to end a workout. EVERY THING! I use this gym access multiple states and regions within those states. This locations is the very BEST I have experienced with planet fitness locations!! Their Infrared pod is hands down the best I've been in rating them from 1-10 with 1being the worst and 20 being the best based on the following.. 1- Cleanliness 2- Quality of machines 3) better features within that machine compared to other PF locationts This location gets 10+ for their infrared as it was very clean had features that worked better and made better sense . Their Vibration shake was AMAZING! The fans run the length of your body not just at the top MASSAGE BEDS JETS WERE STRONGER than others and worked more uniformly with wider surface coverage. Zero gravity position of the hydro-bed promotes more thorough relaxation as it pulls gravity induced strain off your body MASSAGE CHAIRS-are very similar to the $5000.00 ones demonstrated at Costcos ,unlike many locations that are still using the uncomfortable mall versions which feel like your being massaged by the end of a metal yard rake, also cover very little body surface and are even now coin operated yeah I'm talking to you TUSTIN PF THIS IS HOW ALL PF SHOULD BE DOING Gym Staff friendliness 10+ helpful with none of that eye roll feel. Update: within minutes they give a very generic reply below, so I will repeat, "they don't have plans of hiring a trainer at this location". The monthly fee should be reduced until they hire one! It's been 2.5 years without a trainer at this location! A proper reply from corporate ahould be that they will look into why a trainer has not been hired, and that they will start actively trying to hire one, since that is the advertisement of the planet fitness brand! The facility is always clean, and the staff are is always friendly. However, I had my mom sign up at this location 2 & 1/2 years ago, in January of 2023. My issue with this location is THEY HAVE NEVER HAD A TRAINER. We have asked several times if they'd be hiring a trainer and the answer is always no or that they can't find someone. To my knowledge they aren't even actively trying to hire a trainer. How can you advertise that you have a trainer when you don't, nor are you trying to hire one. It's time for corporate to step in here and address this issue. Your members are paying a monthly fee and as advertised, part of that monthly fee is that training available. I can only judge this location. The manager Julian is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had a billing issue whereas I was being billed a late fee every month. He was very unwilling to help. He referred me to his regional Manager Ms. Ortega who never bothered to respond to me. I have never had such an awful experience at any gym in this area. I've talked to the front desk so many times that people are in their phones texting while they are in the machine but not using them and I need their help to talk to them but they keep saying "We can't do anything" and go back to their conversation. The gym is always crowded. Managers don't treat their workers good. Most of the workers don't care and how bad attitudes and don't last. The only good employee that you ever see working hard and that is always helping people and that cares about his job is Cody and the longest employee that's been working at planet fitness in Beaumont since I've been going to the gym for the last couple years. read more

Been coming here for 2 years Beaumont location, usually go around the same time early morning Sometimes I'll shower before or after today as I walked into the women's locker room there was a very bad odor There's always a woman I've noticed hanging out in the women's locker room high possibility she is homeless, whether she pays a membership or not if she's going to be showering then the staff should disinfect and sanitize more frequently if they are going to allow that in their facility. There's times where there's random hair on the walls and in the drains so I know they are not cleaning as often as they should. Body odor is understandable in a locker room but not when it smells like piss. read more

It is weird to see the guys working the front desk and then they are 4-5 deep in the bathroom taking selfies and making movies. There are kids who go here fam. I stopped in today to inquire about membership plans/fees and to take a tour. The staff member told me I would have to provide my name, address, phone number, email address AND birth date before he could show me around. I asked him why I should provide all of that personal info and possibly be put on spam lists when I'm not even sure I want to join. There were pages and pages of stuff to read through on his iPad as to what they would do with my info. I just turned around and walked out. I joined another really nice gym in Yucaipa. I hate the drive, but I really like that gym and they gave me a tour and established rapport with me, gave me a tour without giving me the third degree. Do a quick search for "people of Planet Fitness" and you will find a collection of videos turning Planet Fitness members into memes ridiculing and humiliating them .. The corporation , this franchisee Taymax and specifically the general manager of the Planet Fitness in Beaumont fully supports these people and allows you to be filmed during your workout for social media use . More than any other gym I've been to , this Gym has more young , immature people who are not dedicated to working out . These are the people that will mock you and post awful vids of you. Other gyms you may feel insecure because they have more fitness serious type people , but I promise those people will be far more supportive of your journey ... below is my experience with Beaumont Planet Fitness Rude customer service! They allow social media influencers to film everyone workouts and post on social media . I had previous asked politely not to be filmed and was told find another gym . The manager called and said the previous employee was incorrect and they do not allow your workout to be filmed . Today i was told by Jayden that it is their right to film the gym . On top of that she put me on blast and told the group filming I complained , so immediately there was tension and trash talking . To avoid a violent confrontation I had to leave .. so now I will take the first employees advice and find a new gym .. this place is horrible! On top of the terrible service . I'm a 68 year old retired senior who is overweight. I do enjoy this gym and would normally give 4 stars, although, when I signed up I questioned the 30 minute area which is perfect for just starting out at my age. I was advised that it was periodically monitored by staff (which I've never seen when I was there), when I go I find that there are people that stay in that area, on the same machine for 30 minutes or more, many times just looking at their phone. They have that area for a reason and it's frustrating to try to workout and not being able to complete the full circle. read more

There is a problem at the Beaumont club. They do not require the 30 minute work out area to be used as intended. They let people lounge around getting in the way of those who are trying to use the area properly. Staff say the just let people do what they want. And this happens often. read more

Worst staff I've ever experienced at a gym. 0 stars. My boyfriend went up to buy some waters for us and the staff member scanned the items and walked away to talk to other people, he assumed they charged the card on his account since he never went back to talk to him so my boyfriend walked away. The staff member chased him down for payment and and when he brought him up to the counter he started accusing him the account he had was a screenshot. My boyfriend gave him his number multiple times so he can look up his account still remaining polite. He had us waiting 5 minutes while he was typing away on his computer and my boyfriend just said forget it keep the drinks. When we got home we found out his account got deactivated. We came to this gym because it's down the street so we overlooked the crowds, and the filthy faulty machines but just remember you get what you pay for here. read more

While I was working out Sunday morning at the Planet Fitness in Beaumont, I witnessed this hate crime between a disgusting employee at the front desk named Raquel, who was being very rude and ugly towards this customer that just wanted to tan. When the lady was leaving after her tanning session Raquel had said "have a nice day!" with a condescending fake grin, and while the lady was walking out Raquel flipped off the lady with her arms and once the lady had left, I heard Raquel and her coworker begin saying degrading things about this customer and laugh. Unfortunately, since Planet Fitness has a policy against people recording others with their cell phones, I was unable to lawfully record this interaction. I thought Planet Fitness was a non-judgment gym and inclusive for all individuals. I'm very disappointed in what I witnessed that day. read more
