She told me I still had to pay December and confirmed multiple times that I would not be charged in January. I didn't mind paying December, but I was still charged in January. I have been going to gyms for over 30 years, and unfortunately this has been one of the worst fitness centers I've ever joined. They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members. read more

Ok I've been coming here on a guest pass. The gym itself is nice , it's the process I'm not to found about, when you have to wait to use the equipment then we have a problem. I've never been to a gym where there is a wait for equipment and I don't like it at all. People working out is rude, they could be on the equipment but using there phone, so your holding up the equipment and not using it, making people have to wait. This gym has a variety of machines and equipment, including a pool. They offer a verity of classes throughout the day including Zumba. The only thing I did not like is that it has menu members at 8:30 pm and you have to wait to use some of the equipment. Parking was also full. But the staff and the ambiance was great! I would not recommend that you give any of your hard earned money to this gym. I called to cancel my membership and spoke to someone who assured me that it was taken care of. The incompetent membership experience manager claimed that there was never any record that I called, which is a lie. I have photo evidence that I did. Now, these scammers are charging me an extra $75 to "cancel" something I already cancelled. They tried to double charge me for April, claiming that I never paid for it. I also tried to freeze my account back in November and was told by the same incompetent membership manager that I still had to pay for the month. He promised in writing it would freeze the following month. Of course, he also lied in that instance and I was still charged for the month. Not only that, he ignored my email when I asked why I was still charged. If you read other reviews for this club, you'll see that I'm not the only victim that has been ignored and wrongfully charged after requesting a freeze. The business website advertises that every member can freeze their account up to 3 times per year for $5. But when I came to collect on that promise, the membership experience manager still charged me the full price for the month I requested to freeze, and ignored my email when I called him out on it. This is false advertising, which is illegal for businesses to do. I don't understand why I'm the one paying for the lack of integrity of this gym's employees. Trust the reviews. The sales ppl promise things and dont deliver. It's $30 and had to pay a 90$ annual fee. La, 24, planet does not do a this. They require you to give your banking info. Extremely invasive. Routing and wireless. Other places only ask you to put a card down. The staff are young and unprofessional. I dropped my phone in the stair master and was ridiculed. The new girl kept saying "dont drop your phone " over and over again. Everytime i passed by her or she walked by me. Quite litterally laughed at me and embarrassed me. I went a different time saw her again and said " you're the girl that dropped her phone. Don't drop it thos time" Made me stop coming to the location. Management stepped in and had a word with her. I went home crying from embarrassment. I have extreme anxiety so asking for help and going to the gym was already difficult. I wanted to try to get out my comfort zone. Im sure many ppl rather work out at home because of the fear of this embarrassment or being judged. I felt judged by staff and ridiculed. The dance room is also ALWAYS locked and closed. It uncomfortable stretching in front of others. La, 24 and other gyms have open access to the dance room and other amenities included for all tiers. Why say that it has amenities when they aren't inclusive. The dance room is unavailable, no sauna, Cold plunge is and I quote "50ish degrees" my shower has colder water. There's no pool. You can only use the cryo and massage chairs once per visit and must have the highest membership. Other gyms has it available for everyone at every tier. THEIR OWN STAFF SAIF THE FEES ARE DUMB AND HAVE MEMEBRSHIPS ELSEWHERE EVEN THO ITS FREE WITH EMPLOYMENT. I tried filming my progress in "the set" and a staff member said I can't film there. Which is advertised as an area to be filmed. Disappointed tbh. read more

Horrible experience at this gym. During one of my visits, I was humiliated by two young members who made disrespectful and inappropriate comments toward me, including body-shaming remarks. They even made these rude comments in front of a gym associate This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was told a manager would be reaching out to follow up, but it has now been over a month and I've heard nothing. That level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my membership. However, I was still charged a $90 cancellation fee. It feels very unfair to be charged when the environment created there is the exact reason I no longer felt comfortable returning. EoS - Moreno Valley (11th EoS we've visited). This gym is located on Eucalyptus Ave, off the 60 Fwy. It was a nice EoS w all the standard EoS amenities. Spray and wipes stations were spaced out well (except i didn't see a lot of members wiping down after using the machines). Vibe was good, going there at 7am on a Sunday morning was cool since it wasn't packed yet. Overall, nice EoS gym but we prefer the other locations over this one. read more

They scam young unsuspecting teenagers (18yo) some which are still in high-school into signing up for a membership by telling them it's a trial and their cards wont be charged. Then after they try and cancel it they're held to a contract and told it will affect their credit if they don't pay hundreds of dollars to get out of it. This happened to my daughter's friend. When I went in the business to intervene on her friend's behalf, the gym was over crowded and stuffy. Bunch of over buffed cocky people walking around looking like they're high on something. The staff sucks. They lie to you when you try and explain the situation, and claim they don't know whats going on, and thats because the person who did the scam and signed the kid up didn't put his name in the system, so they cant find the transaction. I wonder why Anyway, besides the packed parking lot and hassle for the surrounding businesses, this Gym really could have had a better design from the jump. Wish I could give them Zero Stars, try the other gyms in the area before going here. Unless you don't mind being scammed and are just signing up to walk around and pretend. read more

OK, soooo...I have been too busy to leave this review and wanted to take several months to see if the issues would improve, but nope!!! Getting right to it, we've been members since last year and the #1 thing that irks my nerves are the HOMELESS GUYS who sleep in the WORKING massage chairs. (ESPECIALLY since there are only 6 chairs & 1-3 are constantly broken!) The front desk workers are totally aware & have stated, "well, we know, but they have memberships!" Uhmmm, to LIVE there or workout? It's not like sometimes or weekly, I mean these guys are there 5-6 days a week, SLEEPING in the same chair from the time we've entered the gym to over 45 minutes...without scanning their memberships to turn it on at all. *Also, it would be nice if staff would instruct the other RUDE members (or hang BIG SIGNS that remind people to be considerate & GET UP) when they actually SEE people waiting for a massage chair & they have the audacity to RESTART their massage after it times out in 10 minutes. -_- Last thing is all of the empty paper towel dispensers to wipe down machines. Like, how hard is it to check every couple hrs & restock them? Literally 3-4 are out of stock daily...and the "workers" at the front desk are just sitting around on their phones. On that note, in the early morning, there is no customer service or paper towels in most stations. We have noticed literally only ONE guy who leaves at 6am & girl who starts at 6am that speaks & welcomes you in & wishes you a good workout, along with a goodbye. The others are pretty useless with no customer service skills. I see why robots will take over most jobs soon...smh. read more

They couldn't help me nor their bank when they stayed charged me $34 fee for about a whole Damm year. Either they're stupid or they're just scammers. Maybe both. To start off, the gym is great. Great machines. Love the movie room. It's just always so packed. And it's always packed with people who are wanting to be seen rather than actually work out. That's the annoying part. Besides it being a great gym, recently I made the unfortunate decision to end my membership because of some financial difficulties. And like most business models that you pay monthly for, EOS makes it hard as hell to actually cancel your membership because of course they do. If it was easy to cancel your membership, they couldn't make free money off of you when you inevitably forget about the membership and get continuously charged for months. And I found out first hand how hard it is to cancel the membership. So initially I went online to try and cancel my membership. This was the first issue. Going to the EOS site and clicking on my account, you'll be taken to a login screen for Planet Fitness. Strange right? Even more strange? EOS and Planet Fitness aren't the same company. However both gyms as well as Fitness 19 use the same company to handle their Fitness software, a company called ABC Fitness. This is an important detail and you will see why soon. Seeing that I wasn't going to get anywhere with canceling my membership that way, I decided to reach out to EOS directly to cancel it. This was another roadblock. First, I called them. At least I attempted to. The one red flag that showed me that I probably wasn't going to get anywhere going this route was this location's phone number. This EOS has a 909 phone number listed online as it's contact number. Why would a Riverside county business have a number with an area code that predominately for San Bernardino County? When calling the number I also noticed that it was listed for Upland. But none of that ultimately mattered. I found after calling the number that it routes to, you guessed it, ABC Fitness. Worse yet getting someone in customer service means you're speaking to someone in the Philippines which is annoying as there's a language barrier with non-native English speakers. My final step was trying to reach out online again. So I went back to the EOS website and found the "contact us" section. I filled out my info and stated that I was just simply trying to cancel my membership. I got a thank you message and that someone would reach out soon. This was on 9/15. It wasn't until 9/21 that I get a response. I received an email from someone named Jesus Ramos which, according to his email signature, is a "Member Experience Manager" for this EOS location. HIs exact words from the email: "Hello Lawrence, I am reaching out on regards to an inquiry you made about cancelling your membership here at EoS Fitness. Whenever you get the chance, it is better we resolve this in person. Reason being is because we have to waive some fees in order to get your account up to date so we can move forward with the cancellation. Thank you and God bless." The first thing that stood out to me was him wanting me to come in. Why? Knowing how pushy people at gyms can be to keep you from canceling, this really came across as nothing more than a tactic to get me there in person so they could try and talk me out of canceling the membership. I didn't want to be bothered with that. I was also out of town at the time, so I replied: "It would seem that if some fees need to be waived that can be done without me there right? If you could just do that and cancel the membership I'd appreciate it. Thanks!" Again, this was on 9/21. As of this writing, I still haven't received a response. But I've still been getting emails and calls about my membership payment. So they can ignore my request to cancel my membership but still bother me about paying for said membership that should have been canceled weeks ago? It makes no sense. But again, it's all purposely set up this way to keep you from canceling. And because of this, I won't be back to EOS and whenever they get around to canceling my membership, I won't ever join again. read more

This gym is overly crowded 24/7, broken equipment, rude people. They charge your account multiple times for one membership and when you finally cancel your account they continue to charge you months after. The members at the gym state they did their part with no resolve, call corporate and they (both women I spoke to) do nothing but talk over you as if you're in the wrong and not the team members mistake that they clearly pointed out during conversation. I have had to many issues with billing for my liking and can't imagine I'm the only one. read more

On February 5th I was told verbally by one of the employees, "Arturo", that I had a two-week trial period before charges would apply. I strictly told him that I didn't want any problems if I did decide to cancel, and he promised me none at all. He praised EOS as one of the gyms that make it easy. Foolishly, I believed him, and little did I know it would come back to haunt me. It came to the last day I was told to cancel cleanly (February 18th). I called expecting the simple process I was told of. Lo and behold it turned out that the contract states ONLY 5 days to cancel, and I was now going to be charged $90 for the 2 weeks I had. I sent emails and called, took easily 4 hours of my life, and nothing. I really wanted to like this gym, but the employee straight up lying to me, and the attention to customer care was terrible. If whoever's reading gets anything out of my sufferance, don't go by the words of the employees. They can't be trusted and they will twist the reality in order to get a sale. My entire experience was unprofessional, and left me with distaste towards the company. Don't recommend. P.S: I saw this issue addressed by someone else here. I've tried just about every major gym in town, from Fitness 19, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, and Planet Fitness and none of them come close to EOS. I'll never be able to go back to any of those. The atmosphere here is completely different. It's clean, modern, and has an upbeat, atmosphere actually motivates you to work out. Even when the parking lot looks packed, the gym never feels overcrowded. That's a HUGE difference compared to the cramped layouts that the other gyms have. There is no limit to the equipment EOS has compared to limited equipment I've experienced elsewhere. I 100% recommend EOS! read more
