This AF is on the smaller side but I had no issues getting a workout in. Would have liked a stair climber though. Bathrooms have showers but it's tight. No place to put a bag except maybe the toilet but they don't have seat covers. Some mold in the showers. Used the treadmill, elliptical, incline bike without issue. There's a single long foam roll which I used. There's an assisted pull up machine which I also used. It's in great shape. There's plenty of paper towels and spray to cleanup after yourself. Lots of parking outside. Very close to a major highway so easy to stop in and then get back on your way.

I did the CIRC HIIT class with Chris. The circuit is written on a board and they go over the exercises with the group prior to beginning. There were 10 stations and we did each one 3 times for 40 seconds. Stations ranged from planks with hip dips, TRX rows, sprints, wall squats; rower and more. It truly is a full body workout. It was a welcoming group although a small one. I went with two friends and that really helped us ease into the routine. They have a nutritionist on site, a meal prep service that keeps meals stocked there, and monthly challenges to help you work on skills. There's a lululemon store on site as well. They have a consistency club that challenges members to be consistent with attendance and offers prizes and stickers. They also have other events at the gym for charity.
