I've been working out at HOTWORX for over a year and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. They are open 24/7, all you need is your code to get in the door. There is a large variety of workouts, plus as an added bonus they have a weight room for strength training. It's a very uplifting environment. I look forward to going there and being greeted the staff. Always telling me to "have a great workout!" They are extremely helpful and always very courteous. They know you by name, you are not just another person, they genuinely care about you. Any time I have forgotten my towel they are happy loan me one. The ease of scheduling from an app on your phone is extremely convenient. Highly recommend earning the burn at Hotworx. You won't regret it and your body will thank you!

Let me tell you about this place. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome! The place looked very clean and well organized. The staff were ever so sweet! The lady at the front desk gave me a tour and walked to me my hot cycle room. She explained everything clearly and even brought me a water! It is cycling but in an infrared sauna. My workout was only 15 min but it felt like it was more after how much I sweat..... After that, I showered and dressed there. The cleanest bathroom ever. It was seriously the coolest experience! I will be back once they open a downtown location.

I went in for a complementary session just to try things out. It definitely pushed me but I enjoyed it so much. I chose to do a spin session it lasted 15 minutes I arrived a little late but was able to hop in and just pick right up with the video. Nobody else was in my box which I loved it gives a nice element of privacy and comfort for someone who is not a gym rat. I was able to go at my own pace while still being pushed by the workout instructor on video. I have never sweat as much as I did but I think that's a given since you are in an infrared sauna. It's really cool though there are about 10 individual boxes you can go into either by yourself or up to three people. You do need to schedule ahead of time. If you're a member you gain 24/7 access. You'll see from the pictures there's also a nice gym space available along with a vending machine with work out appropriate refreshments and a clean bathroom. Everything was sanitized properly and the general manager, Sylvia, was incredibly friendly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Their rates are fantastic. They offer 10 different sauna workouts everything from yoga to spin sessions. I am a huge fan.

After the first month I was hooked and have made the hot room part of my weekly routine ever since. They take pride in their brand, their practice and their community and it shows. All of the instructors are not only skilled but incredibly welcoming and personable, making you feel comfortable and part of the Hot room family from the get-go. The class offerings are versatile enough that you can practice several times a week without feeling the burnt out. It's brought me to the best shape I've been in, both physically and mentally, and I continue to feel challenged at each class. Their response to COVID-19 has been nothing short of remarkable, pivoting to online classes, both at your convenience and live virtual sessions through The Hot Room Now (highly recommend as well) and taking significant measures in-studio to keep the environment safe for those who come onsite. I have been impressed with their transparency through all the changes as well. And now about their beautiful new space in Fishers--just whoa. They have taken the studio experience to a whole new level. This place is chic and immaculate, perfectly located at the Fishers District. Everything else that's wonderful at their Northside and Downtown locations is packaged here as well--the instructors, the boutique, the heat and the community. If you're looking for a new workout routine, even if you think you're not into yoga, give the Hot Room a try. I think you'll be hooked, too.

The experience kicked off in the best of ways with a very friendly welcome and tour of the space. I was really impressed by how large their building as in how many rooms and classes they were able to host at the same time. they offer a small shopping area three dressing rooms and several different weights to coordinate with different classes. My particular visit was for the hot stretch class which included intense stretching in a heated room for 30 minutes. It seemed that this was just what my body needed after a few days of spin classes. Note that if you do not have a mat, you can rent theirs for two dollars as well as towels and water bottles. I also appreciated that their first sample class was only eight dollars for new customers. Often times the $20 for a first class at other studios makes it a bit too much when you don't know what you're getting into.

MEAN GIRL INSTRUCTOR!…read more I'm sure this studio is fine and not all instructors are this way. However, my experience with Jillian was not great. I was not greeted when I arrived, and took it upon myself to say hello and that I was there for the first time with class pass. This was not followed up by any welcoming or questions on how to accommodate me or if I'm familiar with Pilates. Just "what's your name?" followed by an "okay" when I told her. Then, once I took my spot at a machine and class began, Jillian began talking to the class about her experience teaching at the new Noblesville location. She talked trash about having to teach beginners who "have never taken reformer Pilates before and have no clue what they're doing" and even mocked how they were asking her "what do I do?" It's a new studio, you'd probably assume there were some new people joining. She told us she had to go through an entire bag of throat drops from "having to talk through the entire class for four hours telling everyone what to do".... isn't that the instructors job? Mind you, this was only my second time ever doing reformer Pilates. So this made me very nervous to do anything wrong or ask for any help. I didn't end up needing it though, because the class wasn't even challenging. Barely broke a sweat or felt a burn.

Part 2 to reply to the owners comment to my first post:…read more I contacted the studio directly multiple times over several months before leaving this review, so their polished public response is disappointing to read. If the empathy expressed here were genuine, my cancellation would have been handled months ago, the repeated billing attempts would have stopped, and I would not still be receiving ongoing payment texts and emails for a membership I do not owe. What has not been addressed publicly is the actual issue: my cancellation request was repeatedly denied despite medical documentation, an unauthorized freeze was placed on my account, billing attempts continued afterward, and my direct communication was repeatedly ignored. This response feels focused on public image rather than accountability or resolution. A polished response means very little when the private handling of the situation tells a different story. For anyone considering a year-long membership, I strongly encourage you to fully understand the cancellation terms before signing and be aware of how difficult it may be to cancel if circumstances change.

I just love this place and already I'm getting a little better at the moves or I need one less modification. Pure Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout. Besides walking, I haven't worked out consistently in over a decade. My goals are improving balance, increasing flexibility and finding my muscles again. After researching, talking with others and watching YouTube videos--it came down to PB or a more senior-oriented workout. What tipped the scale for Pure Barre is the owner, Jacki. She really wants people there that "want" to be there. Jacki and the other 2 instructors I've experienced are attentive and encouraging while insuring your best form with the moves. The studio is also kept clean (very important to me). The other ladies in class are welcoming while we are all focused on getting the most out of class. I feel comfortable in the small group environment doing my best. I'm not going to lie, it's a tough workout for a 66 y.o. couch-potato, but I want to challenge myself. The wall has "Lift, Tone, Burn" and you'll do all that in 50 minutes and feel SO accomplished. There are several types of classes. I'm participating in "Classic."
