The best run planet fitness location I've been to. The management is outstanding. Clean, relaxed, and friendly environment.

I have had extreme health issues. I'm fighting PTSD and the highest anxiety in my life with health concerns. I was so fortunate to speak with such a kind young lady. Putting me at ease in regards to my insurance. I ca.e in to sign up after speaking with the manager Ben. I have found wonderful people who truly care and have helped me physically, which helps mentally. The hydo machine is better than pain medication! Great place, clean, friendly staff! This has been the first gym that we didn't quit after 2 months! I look forward to coming to the gym! I even met some bew people! The old and new trainer really cared about your fitness. Don't be afraid to say that you're not able to perform a certain thing, they will modify it. It's your job to work on it. I've done things that I could not do when they opened. They cheer you on! They help you out! I have even considered a part time job here! They do have Pizza, and bagles once a month. But here is a fun fact: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO EAT THEM! Those Tootsie Roll minis have also helped me with sugar drops. Trust me. This place is great. This is a great place to work out. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The trainer is very knowledgeable and willing to work with your abilities. Not everyone that goes to a gym is in the best physical shape, and they will give the incentive needed without being overbearing or condescending. Can't beat the cost either. read more

Don't try to cancel your membership because it is almost impossible. I canceled after my contract was up in October, did everything I was told to do to accomplish this and was charged for November, December, and some arbitrary amount of $41.63. NO ONE will help you, when I contacted the planet fitness main offices the said they can't do anything because it's a franchise, call the club in defiance. When I go to the club in defiance I'm told everything is taken care of but no manager is there to speak with. I have emailed 4 times with no replies, talked to ABC financial. NO ONE will help you. Once they have your bank information they can raid it anytime they want, save the trouble and don't join this place. Remember NO ONE WILL HELP YOU if you try to quit after you commitment. read more
