This gym fit exactly what I wanted, but can be a bit crowded compared to some others I've been to. The staff are great and will be more than happy to help you get set up. If you're only in the area for a short while, they have week passes for fairly cheap. The equipment is fair. It's not the newest and fanciest, but it does exactly what you need. This isn't a planet fitness or a Golds by any means, but if you can't get a workout, you're doing something wrong. Overall, I wish the set up was a little better, but they're limited by space. I have been to several other gyms on travel, and this one is as good as I've seen. I would recommend, as the price is fair and the staff are great.
