This Planet Fitness is open 5/24 so if you're looking for a workout late on a Sunday, you will need to come back when they open at midnight Monday morning. Which is strange but if wasn't an inconvenience for me. This was a really nice fitness club. Huge inside with two stories of equipment and plenty of televisions to keep you entertained while you're climbing, walking, running. The thirty minute workout area was empty when I was here at 5:30 am and that made it easy to do my circuit and be done. Showers were clean with both changing stalls and a "double" shower area where you can change out of your workout clothes and into your street clothes after cleaning up. Lots of hot water once I was able to work out how the tap operated. Always different! Plenty of space for my stuff and my toiletries while showering. Squeaky clean and ready for the week ahead! Great rates, beautiful facility, never overcrowded and it's always clean. Tons of equipment with two floors to choose from. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes to their own workouts. read more

We are on the road and stopped in here for a workout and to stretch our road weary muscles. This is one of the largest PF's we've been to and I really liked the layout. Upstairs has plenty of stretching and ab work room as well as another batch of cardio and a second PF 360 machine. We've been to many PF's around the country and this is a nice one!! This is a new gym yet tanning bed 5 doesn't work properly and I did report this last week and yesterday Today I went to take a shower and I purposely left co sit-up we on the shelf with a wrapper and used the same dressing room. Heads up management check right now the last shower handicap and you will find conditioner and a wrapper! I took pictures of this morning showing they do not clean up! I had to grab the PF disinfectant to spray the shower before I entered ! The manager is now aware so no excuses read more

Been going for a few weeks, and starting to feel very comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Personal trainer was great getting me started with some workouts. I also love ending my workout with the Total Body Enhancement and a hydromassage. I've been early in the morning and late at night, and both times I felt comfortable. read more

Always so clean and they always greet you with a smile. Obviously it's not an advanced gym but they have more machines than some of the other guys that claim to be advanced. read more

You get what you get at planet, very basic equipment, staff doesn't really know much about fitness or even cares to know. Very shady how they bill, when it comes up on your statement it's just a number to call to find out what the charge is. They want you to forget you ever signed up and since you don't see their name on the charge you won't think they're still billing you. Just a crappy way to do business. read more

The clubs are always clean with plenty of machines and the price is very reasonable. Even at the black level which allows me to bring a guest. So my husband and I basically got a 2 for 1 membership as we always go together. Also as we travel the US for work there are clubs in many of the cities we travel to. read more

I joined 2 years ago. Canceled my service and just noticed on a credit card that I don't use very often that they have still been charging me. Looked for a phone number and got a 1800 number. Pushed 3 for cancellations and waited on hold for 20 min finally pushed 9 to get a call back. 4 hours later (thank God I didn't hold any longer) they call me back and I tell them I want to cancel. They tell me I have to go into the gym to cancel. What a crock of sh!t. This place is a rip off don't join. It's a scam! read more

I travel for my living, and as a black card member, I use PF in a variety of cities. I'll be stopping here again. It was a very positive experience, with the exception of some knucklehead dropping his dumbbells with a thud and walking around playing "air guitar" but that's no fault of the location as idiots are everywhere. This gym is the best. No juice-head jerks! It's so big, too. They have an upper level with even more machines, many TVs, always clean, and the employees are all so kind. I have the PF Black Card so I get access to tanning, hydro massage, red light therapy, and massages chairs. I can only say great things about this place! read more

Just like previous reviews listed, I had huge issues trying to cancel my membership. I had moved to a new city with the impression I could cancel pay the annual fees and be done. They make it impossible to cancel unless you go in to that one location. (Which is privately owned) big problem for me since I'm thousands of miles away. So I write a cancellation letter and still keep getting charged for months. Now I'm somehow being charged almost double the price of my black membership?? They can see on their end that I have not used my membership since LAST year and still make it impossible to cancel. The trainers may be nice but ownership doesn't have the best moral. I'd skip the franchise and go local, this is strictly a business and they exist only to make money. read more

Do not ever purchase a membership to planet fitness, they are shady. My son went In Person to the gym and asked to stop his membership a month ago. He was asked his name, asked to hand them his membership Id while some information was entered into the computer and he was told he was good to go. August 1st he was charged $45. When he went in to inquire what this was for he was told that it was an annual fee (for a 2-3 month membership) he asked how he would get out of that and he was handed a paper and told to sign it. He asked if he would be okay b/c it was so late in the month (Aug 10th) as I explained to him with the previous charge that there are always set dates that you must cancel or make changes by or they figure out a way to charge you anyway. Today after they attempted to take money out of his acct again. I called customer service and was told that he had NEVER gone in and canceled his membership until Aug 10th even though they some how knew not to charge him for another month of service only the annual fee. basically calling us liars, and said my son should have taken his contract with him when he canceled it so that he could have shown the worker where there was a paper that he needed to sign in order to cancel. So basically do their jobs for them. Are you kidding me? I was able to time line events that had happened based by the charges they had made to his acct and they refused to stop the charges. The gym is gr8 it's a new gym the equipment is new--it's the staff th@ is shady- they stereotype -discrimin8 against u if u look different- I'm not from Missouri -California girl-so my vibe is totally different- I kept 2 myself - they harassed me everyday th@ I was @ the gym - they turned off the hot water in attempt 2 get me 2 leave - I called their corporate office & they would turn the hot water back on- but the harassing never stopped- corporate office had some1 from upper management team whom I never met - call me & he told me I need 2 get help he did nothing- his name is Caleb Ortega-very unprofessional-so the staff new they were getting away w/ wh@ they were doing- & continued harassing me -as soon as I would walk through the doors Nicolet! Kaitlin! Hannah! & A few other people who's names I can't remember would start changing the music - playing music w/ explicit lyrics- - the people there started looking @ me funny- b-cuz of everything they were doing- & then they would remove the songs or play the clean version-so they wouldn't get caught - they gossiped & lied about me - I did nothing wrong!
