This was my first time trying out our new gym in Muskogee! I was excited when we got a Planet Fitness location and cancelled my membership at a different gym in town. My friend has the membership where she can bring a guest, so I went with her on a Friday afternoon. It's spacious and clean inside. Tons of equipment. And I want to go back and try more equipment and try out the 30 minute workout area. I think I'll be getting a membership of my own because it was a good first experience. And it's more affordable than other places and you get more in the tanning and stuff. read more

We absolutely enjoy our workouts at PF!! We have had many visits and appreciate the desk representatives assistance for everything.. A clean gym with not a single person bothering you. Please wipe after using the equipment, but also pre wipe the equipment before usage.., you never know if the person before you had disinfected after themselves. I do like how the gym has "notes and signs" that indicate gym bags and video fillings are not allowed on the floor.. You'll feel safe and drama free here. read more

Always great, very clean...LGBTQIA friendly. A very safe environment for everyone. No other gym in town comes close.

This place is awful. They are literally hawking eveyone here. When people are just coming here to workout. Would not recommend this place. They will watch you, to find you doing something they don't like, to tell you and make you leave. This place needs new management. read more

Each time I come there seems to be a problem. I got asked to leave the first time because I wouldn't allow them to take a picture of my underage daughter who was there as my "guest" she did not have her own membership so she was required to be there with me... but apparently not having her picture was some sort of a security risk. Then we get asked to leave because we brought our own therapy bands to use while stretching. Latest e get asked to leave because we have slides on. People everywhere with crocs... but slides have got to go...? goodness. Maybe that's why their crowd meter is low so often. 0 stars. The manager, the bald dude, has no professionality. He sent someone else to ask us to leave. read more

Planet Fitness in Muskogee is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Everything at this gym is NEW! For $25 you receive tanning, fitness training, massage bed and chairs, red light therapy and a plethora of fitness equipment. I have been going to PF for 10 years and this is one of my favorite facilities. My husband works here, so my opinion may seem biased, but I was a part of PF before I knew him. Recently, our child was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma and Planet fitness as a company came together to help us financially with treatment, prayed for our family and has been nothing but supportive during our journey through pediatric cancer. So just for that, I will forever be a fan of Planet fitness. It's important to know the morals and ethics behind a business that you are supporting. Planet Fitness is a gym with integrity. Terrible gym. The manager is an asshat, the employees are rude and inattentive to their customers. One of the worst gyms I've been to.

Customers beware. The guy shown in the picture has over charged my account twice. I was supposed to get a free month and he took that back. Then he overcharge my account and said I didn't pay. And now he's on the phone with corporate trying to figure it out. All I wanna do is tan and work out. And he says I can't. Stay away from this planet fitness and this guy in the picture. read more

planet fitness in Muskogee is the most welcoming happy place. I always love and enjoy coming. It has become a daily routine for me and I am officially considered a gym regular thanks to planet fitness and their crew of amazing people especially their trainer Betty she has helped me in so many ways with my physical and mental self. Horrible customer service! Just like a lot of other PF complaints. You can't cancel unless in person, I travel a lot and rarely use this facility. However every time I do it's a horrible customer service experience. Gladly cancelled my membership tonight! read more
