We go to many Planet Fitness locations and this was on our path today back to the campground. This is one of those remodeled mall locations. It appears so it was great size, had a really nice black card area as well as the main floor was spacious enough to not be breathing down your neighbor's neck. Other than a few taped up upholstery, I did not see any out of order equipment, and everything worked fine to get a good workout in I will say this is a very clean location! Planet Fitness - Two rows of ellipticals - Gyms Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

I have been to many PFs and this one is always clean, employees are super friendly (yes, ALL of them). It is never busy and even when it is, there are still plenty of machines. The layout is better in the back rooms (purple and yellow rooms) than some of the other PFs. For instance, the handweights, weighted balls, and kettlebells are all within your reach and you don't have to walk around the gym to find them. I get that the weekends might be a little slower and therefore closing a little earlier seems reasonable, but to close at 9 PM on a Friday, a week day is completely unacceptable. Not only is the gym packed Monday through Thursday, especially evenings, with all the teenagers that are allowed to use the gym at no cost, but now you're closing early on weekdays?! Not to mention you were promoting Planet Fitness as a 24/7 service for years and now that's gone with weekdays closing early?! the staff are great but i don't think they ever clean. The base of the machines are all pretty gnarly. seriously, there has been a little gravel pile behind one of the treadmills for 3 weeks! vacuum much anybody? I go to a Chuze by work and they are never on their phones and constantly cleaning. read more

I have been to this location a few times. It is a nice facility. I do not know what the previous negative review was about. I suspect somebody that is just mad at the world. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Paper towels are available if needed and the facility is always clean. Hand sanitizer is available in many locations throughout the gym. Terrible gym, I got to lifetime to lift but my family and I go here to just tan and it is so complicated here. You have to ask permission for almost everything such as gym accessories, tanning beds, massage beds and if you want to go long you have to ask permission AGAIN. This location is new and hardly worth your effort. Go elsewhere. Met two manager who were unfriendly. They are clueless about what customer service means. It means satisfying the customer! The impression you get is they are cheap!!! No tissues in the ladies room and when you ask for paper towels in the ladies room they said no! Cheap!!!! Then they blame it on covid. Has anyone noticed everything is blamed on covid??? It's bull. Then why put paper towels out where the machines are? Just have everyone use sanitizer? The bathrooms crawl with germs and sometimes you need paper towels like all the other planet fitness locations have. CHEAP!!!! When I went to the counter I wanted a new pen from the facility, the moron hands me her pen. So much for covid! They hand them out when the other locations are happy to give them to you even more than one! The latches in the ladies room for the toilet and dressing rooms are frozen shut so you cannot lock the doors. I just love having people walk in on me while I am going to the bathroom and dressing. Perhaps I would like privacy? That must cost extra. So much for quality control and they have been open for months now and haven't fixed them. When I asked for paper towels in the bathroom the woman told me "no". So I told her good you will not get my membership. She said ok! Find a location that cares about its patrons and understands we pay their salary. I was generous giving them one star! read more
