Never order from the main website at this location. If the delivery driver gets the order wrong, and this happened to me the managers and store operators will ignore you. You will receive absolutely no refund, have your voice heard, or any fair response. This is a very pour run location with horrible customer service on the management level. I used to go to this location 2 to 3 times a week and get 3 , 44 oz smoothies on the regular. After an order mix up that totaled a significant amount of money they were not interested in making any of this mix up right. Apparently the manager is never available and the store reps use a group chat to communicate with that manager. Very sad as the workers work hard and we loved their product. I have been to just about every planet smoothie I tried the millennium mall planet smoothie and it's the worst smoothie I have ever gotten. I got a large strawberry I ask for blueberries and of course was charged the extra 1.25 which was fine but it barely had any blueberry taste to it, the whole smoothie really did not have much taste at all. This location has excellent smoothies, but it's miserable to get to. The location almost always has parking issues and you can't actually get to it from any of the nearby roads without making u-turns or waiting forever at a light. The service is good, but slow. Much slower than the typical PS. Also they don't seem to put a lot of the snacks out, so if they have to bring them from the back they are frozen solid. That defeats the purpose of a quick snack with your smoothie. Even when we're over here, it usually isn't worth the time to stop because of all of the above. I went to this location two times in a row this week! I wish I could remember the guy's name that helped me but he was working the morning shift around 10am both Wednesday and Thursday. When I tell you he was the nicest employee, I'm not even kidding! He remembered what I had gotten the previous day and started asking questions about why I liked that particular one. I got the Peanut Power both times and he went over several other suggestions for me to try next time, since I really liked the peanut butter. He asked if I wanted to sign up for the email deals, etc. and got everything set up for me. He was genuinely nice and really appreciated the business. Considering a lot of businesses are struggling during Covid, I would highly suggest that more people go by here. The store was clean and the employee was very clean as well.
