There's plenty of parking available -they have a lot for visitors. Anyway, getting to the appointment, I had 3, 20 minute sessions totally an hour. She first explains to you step and step what she is going to do. First she gives you this finger brush to brush your teeth. Then she puts the gun guard gel, then applies the whitening gel and the light machine then gets turned on. It shuts off automatically after 20 mins. The room was one small room separated sessions by dividers for each patient holding up to 3 patients at a time. Nubia works really diligently and fast. I washed her sanitize every time she had to change gloves or work with different patients. She's very clean and the office is well maintained. She then gave me follow up Instructions and I was off. Great experience. I will be coming back for my touch up sessions.

I was referred to Spring Valley by a close friend who had only received preventive care there. I…read moreinitially went in for a routine cleaning and wisdom tooth removal. During my exam, I was told I had multiple cavities and that one tooth needed a root canal. The first red flag for me was that they didn't accept my insurance and strongly encouraged me to move forward with extensive additional treatment. I was presented with several treatment plans totaling over $8,000, which made me uncomfortable. Ultimately, I only approved a wisdom tooth extraction, a cleaning, and one filling. During the procedure, I distinctly felt the dentist shaving down the tooth that I had only authorized for a filling. Two weeks later, I began experiencing severe pain on the same side where the work had been performed. When I finally returned, expecting a post-treatment evaluation to determine why I was in so much pain, I was instead presented with another treatment estimate for over $2,000--even though I had insurance at that point. I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist, and unfortunately, this experience has only made that fear worse. I left feeling that my concerns were overshadowed by discussions of additional treatment and costs rather than finding the cause of my pain. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I am the one who always schedules appointments for my family. Any changes should go through me. However, Dayana contacted my husband directly and changed his appointment without informing me. He doesn't drive, and that day was already hectic for me -- driving back and forth, managing a busy work schedule, and now trying to rearrange everything last minute. To make matters worse, I had an appointment on Monday, July 28 at 5:00 PM. I arrived early at 4:45 PM, only to be told my appointment didn't exist -- or had been moved to a different office, without any proper notice. They sent a text, but I was working and couldn't read it, and no one followed up with a phone call. They said they couldn't accommodate me. It felt like they changed the schedule just to fill a canceled spot, without considering the disruption caused to me and my family. I've always respected their time -- I wish they had shown the same respect to mine. I hope the office reconsiders how appointments and communications are handled, especially for long-time patients.
