I go there all the time great service huge selection of juice and they are pretty fair priced compared to other places

They sell counterfeit disposables and batteries. I would not trust this company for anything other than premium eliquid.

I just left here and I'm pretty upset. I've never had bad service in here, workers are usually friendly and helpful. Today however there was a girl I've never seen before working. I asked about when a specific cart would be stocked again and she said, "I don't know" so I took a quick look and got a different cart, I could only see through the glass as she hadn't opened it. So she grabbed the cart and I met her up at the register. She gave me my total, I paid, she handed me the cart, only it wasn't a cart, it was a disposable, I've had a bad experience with the disposable once, the battery completely went out on me and I still had half liquid left.So when I realized what it was I asked, "Is this a disposable?" She said,"Yes, you can recharge it", I explained that I thought I was getting a cart and why I didn't want this and again she said, "You can recharge it" I told her I understood that but the last one I got wouldn't hold a charge, again, she said, "It can be recharged", she treated me like a child, I'm in my 40's, I get how things work and don't need to be talked to condescendingly, I asked for the receipt, instead of giving me a receipt she says, "we don't do refunds per FDA guidelines, it can only be used once." So I said, "Okay then can I exchange it for a cart or return it right now?" She said, "Nope, you already paid for it." Wow, I literally just paid, I didn't leave the store and come back, I didn't open it. She still refused to give me a receipt. Rather than causing a scene (because there was another customer at the time) I left. I will be calling sometime tomorrow, if I get her I will continue to keep calling until I reach someone who is above her. If this is how you treat customers I will start going back to the hippy house, they gladly take returns if you're not happy with it, even if it was used. It's worth the extra distance. read more

I went to purchase coils at the Kingsport TN store, showed the sales lady a box of exactly what I wanted, was given the next size down and told that the coils that I used were discontinued and that these coils were the replacements. Not true - I took the ones that I was sold back unopened the next day and was told that I could not have my money back even though I was purposely sold the wrong coils!! After a few phone calls from the man behind the desk I was told repeatedly that my money was not going to be returned and yes he acknowledged that they sold me the wrong coils and that they were not discontinued. He told me that I could exchange them but I would need to go to another store in the next STATE over( Yes State) and I could exchange them there. How ridiculous!! Not good business!! read more

Their 14 day return policy is not true bought a mod there that quit charging after the first charge. I brought it back and was first told that they couldn't do anything then after being highly confused by them telling me there's nothing wrong with it when it clearly will not charge the batteries directly in front of them. After explaining that if it says it has a feature and it doesn't work it's a manufacturer defect and I would like to return it. The counter guy then goes in the back to make a phone call comes back and tells me I can't get my money back and that I have to exchange it. There is a sign that says they have a 14 day RETURN policy for manufacture defect must be returned with box and receipt. All of which I did. But was still only allowed to exchange it. read more

The guys there were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with my tank I just bought at another vape store. They didn't try to sell me something that I couldn't use or didn't need. I was needing more oil and they made a perfect recommendation on a flavor they thought I would like. I will be giving them my business. read more

The big guy in your commercials looks like he is crying like someone died. Its annoying just looking at him.
