At 8:00, this section of Gracia mimics Park Slope, parents in natural fibers taking their children ('vamos, carino') home, other residents buying baguettes for the next day and some drinking coffee at plantaciones de origen with me. Maybe Gracia morphs into proto Williamsburg at night with stylish but ham fisted young people going for tapas, but on this night, plantaciones de origen, with its wide 'environmentally colored' green space and coffee bags seemed pretty Park Slope.
I really loved the cappuccino I was served, with plenty of foam and some chocolate on top. It has been my favorite so far, closely followed by El Born which is dear to my heart for whatever reason. The cortado was also tremendous. I recommend. read more
