For nearly 10 months we lived in these conditions--raising two young children without a functioning kitchen or safe bathroom--while still paying full rent that had risen from $1,200 to $2,000. Despite repeated calls, repairs never came. Only after I moved out in December did they fix the house and relist it for over $3,000. When I asked for partial rent back for the months we lived in unsafe conditions, they refused. This company treated my family as disposable. If you rent from them, know that loyalty means nothing--you are just a number. I have waited 2 years to post this so I have no bias.

They also make you pay for a full carpet cleaning which costs 500-600.00 and only their approved cleaning company to deep clean your house which also costs between 500-600. So, they get their money from your deposit and charge ridiculous amounts so you don't get it back. We paid $2795.00 and we were sent a check for $10.00. This rental company is out to make as much money as they can, and screw the renters. Please make sure to read every fine print on your lease. They do NOT CARE about anyone but their growth in revenue. Beware. And the outside "realtor" people are extremely rude and condescending. I am a 48 year old professional and have NEVER not received more than 2/3 of my deposit. So, just know that your deposit is not refundable when it comes to this money hungry company.
