Yall know what yall doing is wrong!! Just think of how much water the floor, wall, carpet, ceiling had absorbed all of the water and y'all really think "airing out" is the only solution? The house wasn't in the best neighborhood, but that wasn't their fault. One of my neighbors moved about 2 years into my lease and an unscrupulous crowd moved in across the street. Someone ended up being killed in the driveway of that home across the street. The company/owner also decided to sell the house I was renting around the same time this happened, so it was only at that point that I moved. Moving out was easy. I didn't have any issues with them refusing to return my deposit. Minus a cleaning fee, they returned it all. I'd definitely rent from this company again!

When I tried to market them to get rented they got angry with me. Robert Vowell took over my properties 1.5 years ago and turned them around and they are actually now making money and I am considering building more units.
