I do not have Four Seasons take care of all our lawn care needs (my husband still likes to cut the grass), but even though I use them on an as need basis, for garden and sprinkler work, I still am treated like a valued customer. I recommend them, for one time services and regular long-term service. Many of my friends and neighbors use them, as does our HOA. Their lawns and gardens and our neighborhood looks great! They trimmed all shrubs, removed about 6 or 7 that was hit hard by the past winter and some just had gotten to big and gawdy looking. They put new mulch down and they always clean up and leave the property looking so much better than when they arrive. THe workers are always polite, very accommodating and very professional in their jobs. Hard working and seem to love what they are doing and who they are working for. Aaron is always prompt on responding to calls and text. Very nice, polite and will go out of his way to make his customers happy. What more can you ask for....nothing. Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything. He was honest about the type of work he offers and offered to provide a quote for the mulching and left the door open for future work when we are ready to do it. Needless to say I have been really impressed and happy with him. He and his team were here this weekend to do the mulch work and it turned out fantastic. Used MHB Landscape service because it was recommended to me by Yelp for some landscaping work at my…read morehome. During the project he moved an expensive piece of outdoor furniture and did not move it back after completing it, because of where and how he left it, it ended up being damaged and having to be replaced. I provided all the information to him about the original cost and the cost of replacement (which was less than what I originally paid), explained my attempts to get just parts for it from the manufacturer instead and the video of it being damaged. He never responded to my request for remedy of the damaged furniture when I sent him the proof of price. The rock work was okay. He changed the scope in the middle of the job and didn't finish one section of it, so I got pretty confused on how the final invoice amount was arrived at. From the amount of work and materials we removed from the quote midway through the project to the final product, it didn't seem quite right. Also, he didn't put the landscaping fabric under the edging, so I have a ton of unexpected weed control I have to manage now when the purpose of installing the rock was to be lower / easier maintenance because, again, I have a disability that affects my mobility. He's a hard worker I just wish he would have made things right regarding my damaged property. He told me his insurance doesn't cover wind damage and did not offer any other remedy. If he'd worked with me to replace the furniture that was damaged, I would have given him a higher rating, but as it is, this is my honest opinion of the value, quality and overall customer experience I received. I can't recommend this business at this time and will be letting the division of Yelp that oversees contractor recommendations know as well since I found him through them.

The customer service was outstanding, especially considering the never ending rain and oppressive outdoor temperatures. Nathan is honest and hardworking.
