I called the office to report this. Five minutes had not passed before Bob Petrovic returned my call, profusely apologized and promised to have someone out right away. Within 10 minute of that call, a CLE truck was outside my home. Noah, the excellent maintenance service representative who always takes care of my lawns, apologized to me, telling me that this was not a very good day for him. I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then? Noah said that he would not leave until I was completely satisfied with everything. And, satisfied I was, not only with the work, but with the quick, polite and professional response by Bob, Noah and the customer service staff at CLE. I have worked with them for many years and they have always done a great job for me!

He said to give him until Monday to get an estimate to me. Monday came and went, so I emailed to follow up. Someone responded, saying he was working 12 hour days, and that she would get back to me. Well, that was 4 days ago, and I haven't heard anything back. I understand that landscapers this time of year are extremely busy, but it doesn't cost anything to follow up and tell a potential customer you need extra time vs. ignoring them and making them wonder if you want their business. As much as I liked him and felt he would do a good job, I hired someone else because I don't think they run an organized operation.
