The following week I spoke with Michelle, who gave me quotes and additional details regarding the policies. I also shared with her that we had some issues with our existing insurance company. I was waiting to see if they were going to resolve them first and if not, we would switch to State Farm. Michelle was absolutely wonderful!! She was very positive, enthusiastic, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable! And, she was very patient and didn't pressure me at all. It turned out that we weren't able to get resolution from the other insurance company and a few days later, I called Michelle back to setup our policies. At one point Blue Sky wrote my commercial policies as well as my homeowners and my parents homeowners, we were deeply entrenched with Blue Sky. When Hurricane Irma hit we lost the roof on our commercial property. The claim was taking forever and ultimately we had to hire an attorney and sue the insurance company in order to get resolution. The claim took over 2 years to settle. Robin and her team were completely MIA during this time. I feel very strongly that had she been more proactive and spoke on our behalf we would not have had to go through all the drama we did. This was a substantial claim, with a payout of over $500,000 and never a word from Blue Sky, Robyn and her team left us out to dry. If you want someone to take your money and make a commission from your business without doing anything in return Robyn and Blue Sky are exactly what you need.
